FOR THE ROOMS IN THE HOUSE at Molenstraat 35, 2018 Antwerp
Rates per night including breakfast: for 1 person 75€, for 2 persons 95€
Extra person in single bed size 185cm/175cm x 75cm: 25€ per night.
City taks amounts to 2,39€ per person and per night.
Making a reservation is possible until 24 hours before arrival.
FOR THE STUDIO IN THE APARTMENT BUILDING at Maria Henriëttalei 3, 2018 Antwerp
Rate per night : for 1 person 75€, for 2 persons 85€. Breakfast is not offered in the Park Studio. Tea, coffee and sugar are offered courtesy.
Extra person in single bed: 25€ per night.
City taks: 2,39€ per person and per night.
Making a reservation is possible until 24 hours before arrival.
EXTRA CHARGE FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY: 10€.
A one night stay is not possible during the weekend (Friday and Saturday).
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION: IT IS MANDATORY TO MENTION YOUR TIME OF ARRIVAL,
A MOBILE NUMBER AND VALID EMAIL ADRESS WHERE YOU CAN ALWAYS BE REACHED.
PAYMENT: CASH IN EURO AT TIME OF ARRIVAL. I DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS
DOWN PAYMENT: For reservations made more than 10 days before arrival date I request a downpayment of the first night by transferring the amount into my bankaccount within 48 hours of the confirmation of your reservation.
If reservation and downpayment conditions are not met as specified, the owner reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
