The Penthouse

Fantastic during the summer!

Pros: We stayed at The Penthouse when the temperature outside was over 30 degrees. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made the stay a relief after a day in the city. Everything you'd expect in an apartment was available. There were also four clean towels and the beds were made. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee spots nearby. For groceries, there's a Delhaize just around the corner. The tram takes you to the city center in no time.

Cons: The shower in the small bedroom was extremely hot (over 40 degrees), and adjusting the knob didn’t make it any cooler. Some of the blinds were also broken in places and seemed in need of replacement. It’s definitely not the end of the world, but something to be aware of.

Would definitely return to this fab apartment

Pros: Good location near to tram.stop and shops. Good instructions on how to access keys. Very spacious and well fitted-out apartment. Quality finish to appliances.

Cons: Cups for hot drinks have no handles. Not enough hand soap for sinks. Only cold water in toilet sink. Water for sink in toilet was turned off at valve due to tap dribbling. Only 1 toilet for whole apartment. Lack of attention to cleaning. Very dusty under tables, on blinds, on light fittings, light switches etc. Annoying especially when 60 euro charged for cleaning fee. Filter in one of air conditioning units was thick with dust until we scraped it off. Only 1 thin pillow per person.

Perfect location for a city trip.

Pros: Perfect location for a city trip. Modern and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and perfect size for 4 people. Location is good to, many breakfast spots and restaurants around if you walk a few minutes. We will be back!

Pros: Apartamento muito bonito e confortável.. completo em utensílios de cozinhas … temperos .. limpo e organizado, só precisava melhor as cortinas, trocar as persianas por cortinas .. no restante um ap maravilhoso

Genoten in dit prachtige penthouse!!

Pros: Prachtig penthouse. Alle ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het voelde echt als ons huis. 2 nachten geboekt, 3e nacht aan vastgeplakt. Luc nog gesproken aan de telefoon. Gaf ons nog tips over Antwerpen en hij had alles goed geregeld. Als we ooit weer naar Antwerpen gaan, komen we zeker terug!!! Dank je wel Luc!!!

Cons: We hadden gehoopt dat we lekker met z’n 2en in bad konden maar helaas daar was het wat te klein voor. Dat het niet beviel, vind ik een groot woord maar misschien jammer is het juiste woord.

Uitstekend verblijf

Pros: Ruim opgezet, goede bedden en voorzien van alle gemakken! Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en goede verbindingen!

Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en praktische locatie icm parkeren en OV en leenfietsen.

Pros: Alles was echt prima, bedden, badkamer met bad, mooie keuken, eettafel en zithoek en terras. Over het algemeen ook heel schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Toegang met sleutelkluisje ook prima geregeld en (kleine) lift aanwezig ook fijn. De tips van de host via een digitale link waren erg helpend en leuk!

Cons: De vaat in de vaatwasser was schoon maar niet uitgeruimd, de eettafel was niet helemaal schoon. Verder was het wel heel schoon allemaal dus dit alleen als kleine notatie. Het was geen dakterras weer, dus voor ons helemaal niet erg maar ik zou wel de tip meegeven iets te doen of te waarschuwen aan de spekgladde vlonderdelen.

Pros: De locatie en de voorzieningen in het appartement.
