Pros: Spacious, clean apartment, the bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room are comfortable, the access to the entrance/exit from the room is very easy through the application/link on the phone, good internet, very quiet area, the walk to Antwerp Berchem station passes through neighborhood with special houses. The owner Mathias was very kind and helpful.

Pros: Tasteful interior, great mattress, loved the location and the restaurants on nearby Dageraadsplats. Hosts were responsive and very helpful!

Pros: ✨ I recommend it to everyone who is looking for interesting non-standard modern housing. A cool space for relaxation and photosessions. Located in a good quiet area. A supermarket and a public transport stop are not far away. A beautiful interior with a lot of attention to detail. The owners are really communicative. The apartment is divided into zones, which is very comfortable. The sleeping area is separated. Pretty fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you need for cooking. There is also a dishwasher.

Cons: There are several nuances, including poor noise insulation. The next minus is that it is quite cold, the floor in the living room is especially cold and it is very windy in the bedroom. The bathroom and toilet looked unfinished. But we think that the owners haven't had time to finalize it :) We didn't like the colored crumpled bedding a little. And this, too, we think, is a question of improvement. Overall a great project, we wish you success! ♥️

Spacious upscale Mid-century apartment with courtyard views and great location

Pros: The apartment was fabulous. Large, well designed, quiet and in a great location. The considered furnishings and view of the courtyard were fantastic and really made it that bit greater.

Cons: The pillows did a number on my neck, really firm and stiff as was the mattress. There was no soap in the toilet room.

Pros: Perfect location, super uncomplicated hosts, overall exceptional! Felt like a (very beautiful) home away from home. Can’t wait to come back!

Cons: Gratis toiletartikelen waren een mooi extraatje geweest

Groß und gemütlich

Pros: Sehr große und geräumige Wohnung. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien was man so zum Kochen braucht (Geschirr, Besteck, Backofen, Zeranfeld und ein kleiner Backofen). Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig und mit zwei Smart-Fernsehern ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer und die Dusche aind baulich zum Wohnzimmer komplett abgetrennt. Die Öffnung beider Türen erfolgt ganz einfach durch einen Knopf auf einer Website. Der Inhaber ist fast rund um die Uhr verfügbar und sollte man kein Englisch sprechen können, spricht seine Freundin deutsch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: Zeer zeer rustig gelegen appartement in doodlopende straatje dat uitgeeft op een zeer leuk pleintje

Cons: minder gemakkelijk toegangssysteem om deur te openen.
