Pros: The apartment itself was very clean. The location is nice and convenient. The neighborhood is largely populated by minority communities. The stay was clean and tools inside the home was working well

Cons: The building generally feels fine; however, there is sometimes an odor in the entrance and near the apartment door. Additionally, there can be occasional noise from the upstairs neighbors, though it is not constant and usually manageable. Overall, the apartment is a decent place to live.
