Superb location: a calm street of a vibrant part of town
Pros: In our favourite area, next to the royal art museum
Cons: For 3 people and a child it’s very small. And the kitchen could have, well, at least some salt and pepper.

Pros: The location was perfect! I received a text message from the host with all details on accessing the premises on arrival. Clean and spacious apartment with a balcony. Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette. Having a washing machine available was an added bonus. I could log into my Netflix account on the TV and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Overall, it was a great stay and good value for money. I will return to this apartment for my next business trip in Antwerp without any hesitation.
Cons: The overall building in which the apartment is situated was a bit noisy at times. Hearing footsteps of residents in the apartment on the next level, children running and people chatting or playing loud music until late in the evening. I made use of my earphones at times to block out noise. There is no elevator in the building, only a steep and narrow staircase. I struggled to carry my luggage and had to ask for help getting it to the first floor. Despite these, I think it is a perfect apartment for a short stay in Antwerp South area.

We had a lovely time
Pros: We’ve stayed here before. In the apartment on the ground floor. Now we were on the 3rd floor. Both apartments are very nice, and have some space outside. The apartment has a very nice vibe. Location is perfect. In a nice area in Zuid.
Cons: We stayed on the 3rd floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep. So when bringing bags and suitcases up or down is a challenge.

Pros: Great location in the middle of Antwerp Zuid, a very hip area. Close to the historic center as well (20 min. walk). Easy peaking in the surrounding area.
Cons: No kitchen towels provided. Only one toilet for four guests was not ideal but still OK.

Wanted to stay close to my daughter's apartment while visiting her in Antwerp, great place!
Pros: Great location for my purposes. Spacious rooms, nice decor.
Cons: The stairs were challenging to climb with the suitcase. The quality of the towels were poor.

Apartament funcional i amb molt bona ubicació
Pros: Molt ben ubicat, apartament pràctic i funcional, a prop de serveis y atraccions. Perfecte per a dues persones, cuina força equipada amb cafetera nespresso . Té un balcó sense vistes que dóna entrada de llum . Llit confortable
Cons: Accés per escala petita com totes les de molts edificis a Bélgica, no apta per a persones amb dificultats de mobilitat. Hem vist que hi ha coses a millorar com que no hi ha armari i a un quartet de la rentadora només hi ha dues perxes hi hem estat una setmana i la roba ni li,hem pogut treure de la maleta. Al bany no hi ha cap espai per penjar les tovalloles. Pocs endolls , a l, habitació només hi ha un i està ocupat per una làmpara de peu que s,ha de recolzar a la pared o cau, a la cuina també hi ha només un endoll. Però el més molest és un soroll agut i fort que suposem prové de la calefacció que es va engegant cada hora aproximadament i que per la nit arriba a despertar-te, és realment molest.

Positiv überrascht, Rest nur Kleinigkeiten
Pros: Gemütliche Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was nötig war. Sind als Familie gereist und es war wirklich sauber! Nahegelegene Bushaltestelle. Stadzentrum, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckerei, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz am Straßenrand möglich, wenn man was freies findet.Einfacher Zugang mit Zahlencode. Befindet sich in einen ruhigen Gebiet.
Cons: Wohnungstür musste man aufdrücken, hat am Boden gehangen. Zugang zum Duschbereich hatte keine Tür, kein Vorhang, also alles stand offen.Das war etwas verwirrend. Da es ein Altbau ist, hört man aus den anderen Appartments Schritte oder Öffnen und Schließen der anderen Appartmenttüren, und die Treppenstufen in die oberen Stockwerke waren eng und klein, scheint aber normal zu sein dort. Wer im Appart selber kochen will muss selber Salz Pfeffer, Öl mitbringen.
