Rooftop apartment with 60m terrace overlooking the cathedral

Fabulous apartment with unique features and views

Pros: Loved the features of the building, loved it's uniqueness, amazing rooftop views and views of the cathedral, comfy beds, close to everything! We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: It was a real pleasure to stay in a sympathetically-renovated apartment in a mid-sixteenth century building. The apartment is spread over three floors in the roof space. On the lowest level there is a spacious well-equipped kitchen/dining/living room area, with a great view over the rooftops to the Cathedral. At the opposite end there is a large terrace, which had a less interesting view but would have been nice at a warmer time of year. The apartment is situated in the historic centre with many bars, restaurants and tourist shops nearby, but also supermarkets and everyday shops. There are good public transport connections to the railway station and other parts of the city.

Cons: Some small details could be improved, such as more tables and chest of drawer storage in the bedrooms. A lot of our personal possessions and clothing had to be stored on the floor or in suitcases. There were only four of us so it was not a problem but, as has already been noted by others, there is only one shower and one WC. It is also worth noting that the two bedrooms on the top floor are not separate but can only accessed from the bedroom below, and there is no intervening door. The lowest level of the apartment is three floors up from the street and in the apartment itself the stairs from one floor to another are more like ladders with limited or no handrails. So it may not be suitable for those who are infirm or have balance problems.

Excellent séjour

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel, superficie, capacité de couchage et mobilier adapté (tables , chaises, couverts...) Parking a proximité. Le panorama vu du rooftop La vue magnifique sur la cathédrale La décoration originale

Cons: 1 seul WC... L'escalier de meunier pour accéder à l'étage peut être dangereux lors de la descente

Pros: Wirklich eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung in perfekter Lage! Alles war interessant und schön eingerichtet und dazu bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten abends eine sensationelle Aussicht auf die Kathedrale. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons: Die steile Treppe zum Obergeschoss und kein durchgehender Handlauf

Casa con vistas

Pros: La ubicación y en general las vistas y lo amplio de la casa.

Cons: La limpieza deja un poco que desear y luego que con tanta escalera se pierde en comodidad. A parte que le hace falta al menos un baño más.

(Fysiek) uitdagend historisch pand op levendige plek

Pros: Geweldig sfeervol appartement in historisch pand met fijn dakterras op mooie locatie.. Goede badkamer, toilet, keuken en bedden. Voldoende (slaap)ruimtes voor grotere groepen.

Cons: De moeilijk begaanbare trap tussen woonverdieping ( incl. masterbedroom) en de slaapverdieping waar zich ook de enige badkamer en toilet bevinden.

Pros: La tipologia di casa, un palazzo antico con soffitto originale in legno e pavimento in cotto antico. Vista spaziale sulla cattedrale

Cons: Lo sconsiglierei a chi ha problemi a salire le scale sono tante e strette

Pros: Geweldige locatie, prachtig uitzicht op de kathedraal, werkelijk adembenemend. Zeer ruim appartement en mooi groot terras. Prima keuken, lekkere grote eettafel. Lekkere zithoek, prima bedden. De trappen naar het appartement vielen mee. Sleutels in sleutelkastje, prima geregeld. Duidelijke omschrijving van host ontvangen voor aankomst.

Cons: De trap van de woonkamer naar de slaapkamers boven en de badkamer (en de enige toilet) zou een veel betere leuning moeten hebben. Ook de trappetjes naar de bovenste bedden kunnen een leuning gebruiken. Verder was alles helemaal top!
