Pros: Great location. Apartment is on the first floor, high ceilings, little balcony. Well equiped kitchen with teas/coffee available. Comfy bed.

Pros: Charming apartment in a great location! Nice hosts, lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the place. Comfortable and characteristic stay. Would love to stay again!

Comfortable stylish apartment in nice neighbourhood

Pros: The American Loft is a beautiful apartment in a very nice neighbourhood in Brussels. It was comfortable, clean and stylish. There are plenty of food options close by and the area has a vibrant atmosphere. Our host was readily available and quick to respond when information or help was needed.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like - we will stay here again

Pros: Ilan was a fantastic host! Gave us a list of restaurants, walking areas, and things to see. Great location, very comfortable bed, close to amenities. The room had everything that we needed!

Cons: The room has no air conditioning. However, the windows do open, and we could use a fan for some airflow.

Pros: Apartment was spacious and had everything you need. Close to many restaurants.

Cons: It was not very clean. If you are booking the place for more than 2 persons, and you plan to use the sofa bed for sleeping, it is not very confortable. No toiletries available The water from the shower was either very cold or too hot. There is was no TV cable, very difficult to use with the online tv guide available. It was not available most of the time we stayed there.

Very nice place with tasty restaurant nearby

Pros: Cosy place for city break, with great restaurants nearby. Save neighborhood, good connection to city center or train station (alternative: 30min walk and sightseeing to Grand Place).

Pros: Excellent location; very nice apartment, well equipped and clean; great interaction with host.

Pros: The flat was modern and spacious enough for 3 or 4 people. There were plenty of blankets and towels, the heating worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location was great, situated in a cool neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. Additionally, the host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed :)

Cons: Although the flat was tidy and clean, I would suggest improving the cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom.

In general nice place, I like kitchen, sofa, space for eating in group.

Pros: Big enough, nice kitchen and equipment there. You get all what you need for living and comfort stay there. A lot of restaurants around, which is nice. Laundry and shops. Owner was very nice.

Cons: 1 I would prefer untransparent the curtains for the main room, for more privacy. Especially because it's offers as second sleeping room. 2 Oil door hinges and fix all doors shape that they open and close easily and without noise, maybe add soft stop. It would take one hour of work, but would be big improvement. 3 Maybe heater in the bathroom work only during winter time, but it didn't work, so no chances to dry clothes. 4 Not complain, but I would change photo on walls on something more positive or TV :) 5 Code lock or box with keys would add comfort for check-in check-out. I wouldn't feel hurry because I should be there in time, to not force other people wait for me. 6 Put matte film on toilet window in the door, now it's 50% transparent and you can easy see what's going on inside. Felt uncomfortable to use it. 7 I understand it's a overall design, feels like more modern chairs would be comfortable.
