Beautiful flat with great hosts.
Pros: Very nice studio flat. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very well stocked kitchen and excellent gluten free bread
Cons: Nothing really. The door stuck a little but that was really immaterial

Pleasant leisure or business stay in a safe, quiet home-like environment with great breakfast
Pros: I liked everything, it was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Everything as advertised and described. Great rich breakfast. Within walking distance from the university campus where I was busy. Hot water in bathroom and kitchen, so no problem for shower or dish washing, if needed. A great advantage, the parking. Bus stops within walking distance, if needed, plenty of shops and restaurants or diners in the area. Very nice, safe quiet residential area near the Cambre woods where one can walk or go jogging. Very cosy flat with everything one needs, well arranged. Excellent internet. We intend to come back. Thank you very much, Alessandra and Albert.
Cons: nothing to mention

Real nice stay away from the hoz poz of busy brussels!
Pros: Nice apartment for couple of nights. Host/ owner lives in the building itself and was very friendly. When they say breakfast included, it means they have kept items like fruits, musli, bread, milk, coffee etc in the kitchen area, which was really nice.
Cons: First night heating was very low, thanks to the thermometer in the room l, we know it was around 17 degrees whole night. But from the next days it was ok. Also there is only cold water in the kitchen sink, so had to wash utensils with cold water.

Cozy room suburban of Brussels
Pros: Cozy and quiet upstairs room of host family's house. Completely independent including toilet and bathroom. There are a lot of foods like breads, cheese, yogurt, eggs, milk, ham etc inside the fridge and on the table so that you can make your own meal for breakfast etc. There is direct train from the closest station to Brussels Airport.
Cons: None.

We can recommend this location.
Pros: Location, close to a park and very friendly and responsive host. Breakfast was included. All was there what we needed
Cons: More an environmental topic: warm water was not instantly. Kitchenette might need a steam vent.

A great place to stay for a city trip to Brussels
Pros: We stayed for only a couple nights but it was a very pleasant experience. The place is not very big but we managed to organise ourselves. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean there, including the bathroom. The kitchen area was tiny but there were lots of things available that one could use for preparing meals, from equipment to ingredients. We got enough food for more than two breakfasts and the host provided gluten-free bread on request which was very nice. We were warmly welcomed there and got some tips on where to go and how to get to places. We could park just in front of the entrance which was very convenient. The location is not close to the centre but it's well connected with public transport which we used.
Cons: The only thing I could complain about was the size of the place for two adults and an active child but we knew what we were taking and I could stay there again :)

Quiet respite from Brussels with adequate resources within and without accommodation.
Pros: Charming hosts and contained studio space was perfect for my needs. This is a quiet and academic (rather than corporate) space with charm and very adequate for a short stay. Train is just around the corner with brisk access to airport and commercial areas of the city. Bus 136 runs here, but tram is further away.
