Great place to stay in Brussels
Pros: Great accommodation with a good connection to the city centre and a mall nearby. Everything was clean, and the apartment itself is freshly renovated with stylish interior and huge windows that face inner garden.
Cons: Some tips for fellow car travellers - the parking along the street only allows to leave your car for 2 hours maximum, that is from 9 till 18 on working days. You can also park in the mall nearby, or try your luck with a free P+R space near mall (latter might be a challenge as it's very crowded).

Pros: Tout. Les instructions du propriétaire avant l'entrée, l'emplacement (notamment près de l'hôpital St Luc où je devais me faire opérer 2 jours plus tard), L'appartement en contrebas qui protégeait de la chaleur, l'ameublement, toutes les choses indispensables déjà présentes, bref un logement parfait où j'aimerais même habiter.i
Cons: Un seul petit bémol : trouver un parking où il ne faut pas mettre de disque bleu.

Notre très court séjour a été agréable. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
Pros: Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer agréablement un court séjour
Cons: La terrasse pouraît être entretenue et la planche de WC refixée.

Dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt w Brukseli
Pros: Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, w bardzo zielonej, spokojnej okolicy. Do metra 5 minut piechotą, tak samo do centrum handlowego, do piekarni - 2 minuty. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie - na dobę przed pobytem dostaliśmy kody do drzwi. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, szybko odpisał na zapytanie, rozwiązał problem. Wygląd pomieszczeń zgodnie z opisem, kawa do ekspresu w wystarczającej ilości, lodówka i kuchenka sprawna, zawsze ciepła woda w łazience i kuchni. Bardzo korzystna cena, w takich warunkach i takiej okolicy nie znalazłem nic nawet zbliżonego cenowo, a jeśli cena była podobna, to warunki były fatalne. Byliśmy 4 noce i polecam szczerze.
Cons: W kuchni jeden garnek na indukcję, jedna patelnia nie działała - płyta jej nie rozpoznawała. Jak ktoś chce więcej gotować, to musi to wziąć pod uwagę. W mieszkaniu jest wilgotno, co wynika z jego położenia - poziom - 1, trzeba dogrzewać (byłem w kwietniu), bo inaczej jest jak nad morzem - wilgotne ubrania i ręczniki. Da się przeżyć na kilka dni, na dłużej może być to uciążliwe. Taras nie spełnia norm - był brudny, z niedopałkami papierosów, a meble nie nadawały się do użytku. Może na lato będzie gotowy.

Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits, literie très confortable !! bien dormi malgré les glouglous radiateurs
Pros: Proximité avec le centre culturel du Joli Bois, où nous avions un concert; proximité métro Facilité d'accès avec les codes pour les 2 portes Lit fait et serviettes fournies Literie très confortable IL faisait bon dans le logement à notre arrivée (-2 degrés dehors) Cafetière Senseo (dosettes dispo, mais nous avions pris les nôtres)
Cons: *La lunette des toilettes était par terre à notre arrivée, j'ai dû la revisser moi-même. *Les radiateurs glougloutent sans arrêt et fortement (besoin d'une petite purge) *Il faut savoir qu'on entend légèrement le bruit du métro souterrain, ainsi que le claquement permanent de ce qui nous a semblé être une pompe (pompe de relevage ?) * Le locataire précédent a oublié son caleçon sale, qui s'était glissé entre le mur et le banc dans l'entrée !

Pros: La pulizia e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento, la disponibilità della signora che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni, la tranquillità e la sicurezza del quartiere-

Für eine max 2 Nächte für 4 Personen. Für 2 Personen ist das Appartement besser geeignet.
Pros: Lage war gut. Parkplätze waren auch vorhanden, wie angekündigt. für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Shampoo und Duschbad waren vorhanden. Das war toll.
Cons: Für 3 oder 4 Personen ist die Couch zu unbequem und die Esstischvariante unpraktisch. Der Platz für einen normalen kleinen Esstisch für 4 Personen ist vorhanden.
