Pros: The apartment was clean, cosy and very well stocked with everything a traveller might need. There is a supermarket right next door with an excellent selection of Belgian beers. The area was reasonably quiet at night.
Cons: The building is a historic one, so the stairs are quite narrow and steep. This is something to consider if you have bulky or heavy luggage. Another small (but not critical) detail is that there was no can opener. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Perfect place to be
Pros: Nicely decorated,spacious ,clean,and well organised apartment. Water pressure excellent,same for wifi,the windows they have the blockout curtains,the office in living room really helped me for my work.(the chair from the office is a high end chair) Chic neighbourhood near EU.

Nice quiet and peaceful place
Pros: The apartment is located on the top 3rd floor, wonderful views through the roof windows, the bedroom is on the upper level, accessed by a wooden staircase, in a sloping attic with lots of space and comfort. The place is a 20-30 minute walk from the center, close to bus stops that run frequently and follow a scheduled schedule. The neighborhood is quiet and trouble-free. Nearby - 100-200 meters there is a Lebanese restaurant with a varied menu, quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. Apartment is furnished with everything you need - a comfortable sofa bed, a table for 4, a kitchen, a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, gas stoves. The heating is a gas boiler with a central thermostat, it works perfectly and can create the necessary comfort according to everyone's feeling.

A great choice for comfortable and pleasant stay in Brussels. Definitely recommend!
Pros: Very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent with easy public transport access and supermarkets nearby. The owner was nice and responded to our questions very fast. We arrived to Brussels early morning and the owner was flexible to check us in before the given time. The apartment had a really comfortable bed, kitchen with all tableware needed. There is also a good coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a bath tub, also shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and a whole box of beauty products and sewing kit were provided. The whole apartment was very clean and smelled good.
Cons: The apartment had a dishwasher that did not work properly and did not wash the dishes even though we tried different washing modes. Since the owner asks to not leave the dishes in the sink and the sponge was a bit old to use, if we stayed longer, we would run out of clean dishes.

Muy buen apartamento y zona, aunque alejado del centro
Pros: El apartamento era cómodo y limpio, además de estar decorado con muy buen gusto. Todo un detalle los adornos de navidad. Una zona muy segura y tranquila.
Cons: La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y al centro hay 40 minutos caminando.

Pros: Emplacement idéal. Linge de maison et linge de toilette fourni et compris dans sa location. Appartement propre.
Cons: Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient à ajouter. Une fuite ànoter dans les toilettes laus non réparéepar le propriétairealors que visiblemebt déjàidentifiée. .

Pros: Хороше місце розташування. Поруч багато кафе та ресторанів, два досить великі супермаркети, зупинки громадського транспорту також за кілька хвилин ходьби. В апартаментах було зручно, тепло.
Cons: Не можна сказати, що це не сподобалось. Це лише зауваження для майбутніх подорожуючих. По-перше, квартира на третьому поверсі, а до неї треба дістатись вузькими сходами, для деяких осіб це має значення. І по-друге, підлога деревʼяна і чутно через неї чудово. Апартаменти на останньому поверсі, тому вам ніхто не заважатиме, а от вам треба пересуватись акуратно ( але це насправді актуально тільки для сімей з дітьми, які можуть бігати).

Pros: Apartament gustownie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Salon i w nim sofa połączony z kuchnią + pokój antresola u góry na poddaszu i tutaj z łóżkiem małżeńskim. Bardzo czysto, pościel pachnąca, wyprasowana, ręczniki również. Apartament na 3 piętrze beż windy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wszelkie informacje przekazane o czasie. Parking przed budynkiem płatny od poniedziałku do soboty. Przystanek autobusowy za rogiem. Sklepy, kawiarenki obok. Polecam serdecznie.
