Pros: It is good price-quality and the host was very nice.

Cons: The stairs, but that's the only bad thing about the appartment. For young people it's ok.

Cozy night in a comfortable and large apartment

Pros: Absolutely great value for money. Large two bedroom apartment with enough space even for a family of 5-6. Very friendly hosts, communicating well at each step and well available through WhatsApp to answer questions.

Cons: It was dark in the evening, when I arrived, and the outdoor’s keypad was a bit difficult to see (I was searching it next to the door, but it was integrated in the knob). But a call to the hosts helped finding it quickly.

Everything was exactly as expected. Hosts were super attentive

Pros: Location suited me perfectly. I thought the area was good but very quiet on Sunday. Easy to get to attractions

Pros: Large confortable apartment, with everything you might need including to prepare coffee. Excellent location to access EU institutions.

Beautiful spot for discovering the European institutions district

Pros: Enough space for a family of 4, cleanness, location.

Cons: Heard some noises, though not terrible, because of not the best sound isolation used in old buildings.

Pros: Located in a good area in the European district, close to the metro and bus stations. The apartment was good value for the money. We traveled in group and all 5 of us had a good time, but I would say this is the maximum capacity for this apartment.

Cons: The sofas were not in the best condition and the walls could use repainting but that's about it. No major issues, our stay was lovely and confortable.

Lovely apartment

Pros: This apartment is just great! I spent a week with my family of 6 there and we had such a great time. Location is perfect, in one of the most beautiful part of Brussels, 3 Min walk to Schuman station for trains and metro + 10/15 Min walk to Place Jourdan and EU neighborhood. Still, a very quiet apartment. There is everything you need: plenty of bed sheets, pillows, nice pots and pans, even the washing machine works perfectly (the dryer is a bit older and noisy but it does its job!). I lived in Brussels in the past and this apartment has a great price-quality value, especially if you want to spend some nice time with all your family!

Cons: We didn't manage to open the sofa bed, but there were two separate sofas big enough to sleep. The host also offered to help.

Pros: The instructions that were given were excellent, I had a very easy time accessing the apartment.

Cons: It was a bit loud in the beginning of the evening.

Perfect place, location and hospitality.

Pros: A very nice apartment with everything you need for short or long visit in Brussels. The location is perfect, close to EU buildings and restaurants. The place is clean , well furnished and comfortable. The communication with the hosts is perfect - detailed instructions for self check -in and fast answers for all questions. I definitely will come back again in my future visits in Brussels .
