Easy going, well located and no BS kind of place in the heart of brussels coolest neighbourhood.

Pros: This place is perfekt for a weekend or extended stay. It's situated in the very trendy neighborhood of St.Gilles and located within walking distance of public transportation, bars, brunch places and restaurants, yet is still very quiet. It has a wonderfull view of a nice courtyard and offers direct sunlight, it's also nice and warm in the wintertime. Our host Francesco was very helpfull and was available via phone whenever we needed any sort of support. Thanks so much for having us, we're definitely coming back!!!

Cons: There really wasn't anything wrong with this place. It is basic, as the description suggests but still very cozy. Loved our stay!

Pros: Great location and very clean and comfortable accommodation. Do not over-expect, minimalist means minimalist yet you'll find there everything you really need. i.e, you do not actually need a TV set, do you?

Cons: Price is high for a one-person stay, even if location is great, but acceptable, yet this is a minimalist suite at a regular price

Excelente ubicación!

Pros: Excelente ubicación, distancia a pie de metro, tiendas de marca y de la rueda de la fortuna de Bruselas. Además caminando encontrabas mas puntos de interés. Muy buena zona con restaurantes y mercado cerca también.

Overall, nice stay!

Pros: The apartment was clean, new, and well organised. The building's security system made us feel safe. A nice street filled with restaurants and cafes was nearby. The host was helpful, attentive, and cooperative.

Cons: We wished the instructions on how to get in were clearer; for example, fully written, so we would have a better overview of the process. The elevator in the building was a bit uncomfortable as it didn't feel that clean. The power outlets in the apartment were oddly distributed and scarce.

Pros: Appartement propre et idéalement situé, hôte réactif et fort serviable, l'essentiel se trouve à proximité, le rapport qualité prix est largement plus avantageux qu'un hôtel. Merci pour la qualité et le sérieux du service rendu ;)

Cons: Le four ne fonctionne pas, mais les plaques chauffantes et la kitchenette étaient parfaites.
