Excellent value on a tight budget with easy access to trains and public transport

Pros: Small but very well appointed flat within a short walk of both Brussels Noord (North) Train Station and Thomas tram stop. The location was ideal for our travel needs combining in-town and out-of-town day trips. The was host very welcoming and responsive by WhatsApp, with a little help with French from Google Translate. We were very kindly permitted to leave our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day. The facilities are very clean and in a good state of repair.

Cons: The key box is mounted very high up and requires a very tall person to reach it. Likewise, the clothes rack is almost out of reach for a mid-height person. The kitchen and bathroom are located downstairs via a very steep winding staircase, which requires care and balance - probably very hard for an elderly person. Proximity to the train station / tram line also results in a low continuous rumbling noise by passing trains except for a couple of hours at night. We were not greatly disturbed by it but think twice if you are a light sleeper. The smell inside is peculiar despite the fragrances provided and takes some getting used to.

Very convenient for a short stay

Pros: The apartment is very convenient for a short stay in the city. Everything works well and it has all you need. It's warm and comfortable. It is conveniently located if you travel for work.

Cons: The bathroom had a deep humidity smell. That made the whole apartment not super pleasant to be inside. The area is a bit rough. This is not the fault of the apartment of course, it's just Brussels. But it's good to know.

Volvería a repetir sin duda

Pros: Muy amables y serviciales. Todo lo necesario nos lo pusieron sin problemas. Trato muy correcto. El apartamento pequeño pero muy equipado con todo y cómodo.

Cons: Un poco más de limpieza.

Tutto perfetto da aggiustare magari la temperatura dell’acqua per il resto tutto apposto

Pros: Struttura vicino alla metro con poche fermate sei già al centro

Cons: Puzza un po’ di chiuso, l’acqua della doccia non molto calda preferirei fare la doccia con acqua caldissima

Pour un séjour professionnel c est idéal j étais à 10 min de mon lieu de conférence

Pros: Les équipements il ne manque rien pour être bien Le lit est super confortable

Cons: L eau de la douche un peu froide mais tout est bien agencé
