Pros: Hôte au top et très arrangeant, bien placé et accès sécurisé par digicode, facile de se garer dans la rue (payant).

Cons: Il manque un peu de couverts pour 5 ou 6

Pros: Bon emplacement. Appartement calme. Facilité pour garer une voiture dans la rue.Proche d'un arrêt de métro permettant de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Bruxelles. Appartement propre.

Cons: L'accès avec une boîte à clé. Le manque de couverts pour un appartement loué pour 6 personnes. 3 couteaux et 4 fourchettes. 3 cuillères à café. Pas d'eau chaude le matin. Robinet de douche très dure à ouvrir. Manque de lumière dans la partie salle.
