Loved the Apartment but won't suit everyone.

Pros: Simple lay out and close proximity to the centre and metro, plus 20 minutes walk to central station.

Cons: It's in the 4th floor of a very narrow building with a rather steep incline. Unless you are fit and healthy, the 4th floor will cause problems for some tourists. The second bedroom is also up a steep stairs.

Lovely stay and perfect for exploring the town.

Pros: Spacious two level apartment on the top floor. Nice street views. Well kitted out. Close to the metro stop and not too far to the train station.

Cons: No cereal bowls.

Good value

Pros: Location and very light and clean Lovely to be high up and quieter

Cons: It would have been helpful to know about the steep stairs to the 4th floor Carrying luggage up was a challenge.

The apartment is cool but the host has to work on their communication ability

Pros: It has 2 floors which is cool and convenient 1 dorm on the first floor and the other one on the second. It was clean and calm at night. There’s a cafe on the ground floor.

Cons: It was stressful that the owner did not reply or give details when asked. We were very worried about our booking because of that. He replies only at his convenience and only what he wants. For example, we already arrived to Bruxelles and we still didn’t have all the details needed even when asked.

Nice Apartment, Great location, but the stairs!!!

Pros: It was a well appointed apartment in a fantastic location, within a 15 min walk to grand place Nice local restaurants and bars, Close to shops and a five minute walk to a lidl. .Huge upper mezzanine with two double beds. Strong WiFi , plenty of room for a family. Clean apartment. Felt safe coming and going at any hour of the day. Plenty of hot water and heating which was great as it was very cold outside during our visit. Overall worth the money and I would recommend it for the price..

Cons: The entry hall to the apartment building is very dark, narrow and full of boxes which make the entry very narrow and run down looking.. Then you meet the stairs! The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building! No lift. It is a tight staircase with the best part of eighty steps and it is quite steep to climb never mind with luggage. It would not suit a family with very young children or people with mobility issues. This is not a criticism of the apartment but the building itself. Personally, I found the mattress and pillows far too soft in the downstairs double bed . Randomly during our stay on our return in the evening there was a bad odour when we entered the apartment, Upon investigation it would seem to be coming from a service door in the wall and rising from beneath us. It was not from the bathroom nor was it sewage. We thought it may have been an odour from someone cooking in another apartment beneath us. If so they should consider paying someone else to cook for them.

Bel endroit pour un hébergement affaire ou en famille.

Pros: L'appartement est pas très grand mais très bien organisé. Le studio à l'étage est top. Il est douillet.

Cons: Attention à l'escalier vers l'appartement puis à l'intérieur de l'appartement allant vers le studio, vous pourriez avoir une surprise.

rapport prix qualité parfait. Appartement sous les toits avec 4 étages à monter à pied.

Pros: Appartement situé dans un quartier populaire à proximité du centre ville et du métro. Je le recommande.

Cons: Il y avait une chaise cassée dans l'appartement malgré la vérification qu'avant fait le propriétaire avant notre arrivée. Cela nous conduit a avoir quelques échanges avec le propriétaire.

Pros: Top Lage! Viel Platz - Freundliches Interieur, bequeme Betten

Cons: Sehr steile , schmale Stiegen in den 4. Stock, ebenfalls steile Stiegen in den oberen Schlafbereich! Nichts für ältere Personen

Très convivial, appartement refait à neuf j’ai bien aimé

Pros: L’appartement était convivial mais l’immeuble laisse à désirer, gros bémol 4e étage sans ascenseur
