Cozy Flat

Excellent choice, I would stay here again for sure

Pros: Comfortable, spacious, well-located. The hot water and heating were excellent, especially since we traveled in winter There were coffee capsules, tea, sugar, oil, and salt available, which was much appreciated.

Overall, we were happy with our stay, and the little things that weren't perfect didn't spoil our experience.

Pros: It's a fairly comfortable apartment with a good atmosphere, and it has all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. It's a fairly quiet area and close to the center, and it's convenient that the doors lock without a key. Essential groceries, oil, salt, cereals, tea, and coffee were available. The beds and pillows were comfortable and cozy.

Cons: The water in the shower sink didn't drain well, the blinds in the kitchen were too short, so I had to cover the bottom of the window with cushions from the sofa.

Pros: Had everything we needed. Easy access to pybluc transport. About 1.5km from city centre. Great patisserie close by. Very quiet

Cons: Bed squeaked. I thought washing machine was in apartment, it was upstairs not a big deal but when out sightseeing all day having to go out to use machine was a pain

Pros: A luxury apartment, freshly refurbished and well equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher machine, good quality plates, glasses, cups, etc.) 2 bedrooms and a living, ok for two couples. Modern bathroom, rain shower, 2 sinks. Location is 15 min walk from metro station.

Cons: The negative: nesspreso capsules are very few, only 6 provided for 4 persons and 3 nights, and because no housekeeping was performed during the stay we had to buy ourselves. No big deal. The same for sugar. Communication with the owner was a little hard, we had to contact him the evening before check-in to get the code for accessing the apartment.

This is a very friendly appartment, very clean and worth its name 'cosy'

Pros: Clean, cozy and new. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two. Feeling for home. During the night was very quiet

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and looks like it has been recently renovated. Exactly as described and had everything we needed for a family of 4 on a 3 night stay. 10 min walk to grand Markt and loads of restaurants, cafes and bars. Very quiet street. Managers were very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Belgium I'm in love

Pros: The location itself. Very peaceful neighbourhood and clean. The flat itself is very cozy just like it's name. Also the host is very accommodating. Will definitely come back here. I'm gate keeping this place❤️💯

Cons: I wish there was a dryer as we don't really have place to hang our clothes if we wash it.
