Excellent price-quality ratio for a stay in Brussels

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay at Smart Appart - City. The location is literally at a metro station entrance, and a walking distance to Brussels city center. The room was spacious, with a large bed. I also appreciated having a table with chairs, really a saver if you need to do anything on the laptop. Having more sockets at that area would have been appreciated, but then I found bedroom lamps had 3-way socket adapter and just used that.

Cons: I understand it might be something outside of the property owner control, but the spiral stairs leading to the room were pretty narrow. Definitely wasn't a problem as I was traveling just with a backpack, but something to check with them (as they have different floor apartments) for people with disabilities or traveling with lots of luggage.

We had a lovely stay wanted to extend it but was fully booked

Pros: We had to make our own meal. Very nice location you don’t have to walk far to get what ever you want, there is a shop in less than 1min.

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment has all you can ask for a comfortable stay. It is very close to everything in the centre and to the train station. Easy check in. I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Spotless appartment.. Within walking distance of Grand Place and large shopping area. Good heating kept the appartment warm on a chilly night.

Overall nice

Pros: Very good location and nice apartment for a few days stay. Attentive host and convenient check-in/out system.

Cons: Outdoor noise and the call girls sitting on the steps by the door every evening.

Pros: The place is close to the Metro station and very close to the grand palace. It is also spacious enough and clean.

Cons: No laundry, no hangers and not enough toilet paper. Also, it doesn't have a lift. So if you have big luggage, then you'll have a hard time.

Pros: Cozy anx very clean apartment. Smart control. Very good location - near the city center. Very kind host throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Pros: We booked this place knowing how is at night as we read the previous reviews, so we knew what to expect. Everything was good and the lets say workers at night don’t make you feel unsafe or whatever. At first the flat was very cold as there was one window open but the heaters did they work and got warm fast. Location is very good, you get in city centre en 10/15 minutes walking or you even have a metro station at 1 block. Supermarket around the corner.

Cons: We were 3 people and even though we took fast showers, it turns cold quite fast. We had to wait in between which wasn’t concvenient.

Great stay

Pros: The bed was comfy and the area was nice as well. The self-checkin and -out worked great.

Cons: there were people loitered in the main door entrance every time we come in or out
