Rent a flat - Montgomery

Pros: Nice apartment, pleasant neighborhood, good location, close to the city center.

Pros: Very nice accommodation. Close to public transport and possibility for car parking.

Cons: No or long response to accommodation and questions from the person responsible for accommodation

Bright clean apartment in a quiet residential area next to the beautiful park

Pros: For us it was perfect, as we used to live in the neighbourhood ten years ago and it was great to reconnect with the surroundings. Great bakery just few steps away. Playground 2 min walk and of course Woluwe park with ponds and amazing trails. Flat itself is clean, modern and actually has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with an unfordable sofa. Mattresses were comfortable for us, as we prefer it hard. Kitchen is bright and modern with gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, enough utensils, however some more would be great as well as a bit of condiments like oil and salt. Note - no washing machine. Host also provided baby cot but unfortunately no sheets for it. Hand soap in the bathroom would be also great. There were some small bottles of shampoo, so without the hand soap we had to use those. Otherwise great stay.

Cons: Neighbours 🤦‍♀️ Once you enter the building you will see notes stuck in literally every corner on every floor saying that you must be silent otherwise they will call a police. We arrived at 5:30 pm with our children. Crawled up to the 4th floor with our luggage, which is another adventure, but ok bearable for us as we knew that.The moment we set foot in the flat neighbour came up and started shouting that we make noise. For three days that we stayed there they were spying on us. This is one thing that we noticed, Belgium is absolutely child unfriendly. As I mentioned - soap would be great. And washing machine too!

Excellent short stay in a large, pleasant apartment in a quiet area of Brussels. Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment is well-equipped, quiet (especially the bedroom) and gets lots of daylight. It is close to Woluwe Park and within easy walking distance of public transport links into the centre of Brussels. Check-in involved opening a lock box at the property, with information about this provided by the host on the day of arrival.

Pros: Clean, beautiful and organized apartment. A grace! Excellent neighborhood. I would definitely come back!

Cons: Weak shower water and beds need to be improved.

Pros: Light spacious apartment in a nice neighbourhood. 30-40 minutes by metro to reach the center of Brussel. Parking on the street.

Cons: There was no soap, it would be nice to have it if you come for two nights. Coffee machine was not cleaned after previous guests. Tap in the toilet is not working.

Montgomery Flat

Pros: Perfect apartment in a great location surrounded by public transport (tram, metro and bus), great park and great bakeries. The apartment was very clean, with towels, shower gel and bed clothes provided. The kitchen is fully furnished as well so cooking there would not be a problem, although you will need to have your own salt and oil for basics. Loved the Nespresso capsules as well. We had a lovely time in Brussels and we give a 10 for this apartment!

Cons: The only small thing perhaps would be to increase the shower pressure as it was a bit on the weak side.

A beautiful Belgian despite respite

Pros: The apartment is spotless, modern fitted with all you'd need. The location, for us, was incredible. It was only a walk away from the University my daughter was starting in. It's easy access to the Metro and the bus and within walking distance of supermarkets and pharmacies

Cons: The only slight drawback in that is situated on the 4th floor of the building.. the top apartment and the stairs are narrow and the spiral, making it difficult when carrying up luggage.

Spacious clean apartment.

Pros: Spacious and very clean apartment, well equipped and very quiet. Free parking in the street, if you can find a spot. Easy access.

Cons: Climbing stairs to the 4th floor is harder than I thought. Parking in the street is free but all the spots were taken at night.
