Ghent apartment

Pros: The property can be accessed via a short walk from the bus or tram stand if public transport is used. The buses / trams run at a reasonable frequency. Adequate instructions were given on how to gain entry into the apartment and someone was available to advise on the facilities. The property was neat and orderly. The sheets were clean and did not smell of laundry detergent. The hosts were also attentive.

Cons: The location of the toilet was curious, as it had no separate wash basin and one has to walk through the kitchen / living area to the bathroom before being able to wash the hands. The absence of curtains in the living area and thus a lack of privacy. It was not easy to get used to it. It could be easy to become indecently exposed. Perhaps these things are normal in the area, but was very unusual for me.

Quiry place accessible to Ghent centre

Pros: Thomas was very helpful. Great communication - easy and responsive. the place is close walk to tram station going to ghent old town. The fan in the room made a difference in the hot weather. And marcel is cute!

Comme à la maison !

Pros: Le logement est très bien équipé (particulièrement la cuisine), savamment décoré, très contemporain, avec une literie de qualité. Le quartier est très calme, silencieux la nuit. L'hôte est sympathique et prêt à répondre à toute sollicitation.

Cons: De hoogte van de microgolf oven Gordijnen in de leefruimte
