A hidden gem in the heart of the old town.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent; it is directly opposite Gravensteen Castle but it’s not at all noisy once inside the apartment. The old town is beautiful and everything is in easy walking distance. The apartment is in a pedestrianised area, so if travelling by car you will need to park in a nearby car park. This was no hassle and just a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple or a family with 2 children.

Cons: The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is only suitable for children/young teenagers. There are steps up to the apartment (no lift). This was not a problem for us, but may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Perfect apartment in the centre of beautiful Ghent.

Pros: Excellent location made for easy walking through the old town. Close to amenities such as bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, winter Christmas markets. The apartment was absolutely spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully appointed, warm and comfortable. Friendly host. Would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect.

A lovely apartment next to the castle

Pros: The best thing about this place is its perfect location. Right by the castle and a short walk from the centre of Ghent. The apartment itself is open and light, with all the equipment one could need on holiday. The bunk beds were fine for two adults, although probably most suitable for kids.
