Charming Room in Ghent center II

Great value room in centre of Ghent

Pros: Fantastic location in the centre of Ghent. Room 1 was huge with a view over the street. Great welcome from Bina

Cons: Didn’t bother us but it’s a city centre street. If you’re sensitive to light or sound at night bring a mask and ear plugs. A couple of additional touches, eg glasses for drinking would have been nice.

Super nice host, awesome location, very clean

Pros: The check-in was super easy and the landlady enormously helpful and caring. Trouble with heating was immediately resolved (it was super cold in Gent These days!).

Cons: That time passed by too quickly. ;)

Pros: Location was great, few steps away from main attractions. The room is spacious, but when we booked it in the confirmation said we had a one -bedrom apartment - this is not an apartment, it's just a room with a small table with a kettle, 2 cups and some tea bags and sugar. There is a bar on the ground floor, but it is only open for lunch, so we were unable to use it for breakfast or dinner. There are a few cafes in the area where you can drink coffee and eat something sweet or a waffle, but we didn't see bars offering full breakfast.

Cons: The pillows were very bad, too low, it would have been good to have extra pillows available as our necks hurt in the mornings. Since the buildings in the old town are old, the floors are wooden and creaky. We had a room on the first floor and there is another room for guests above us. We heard their every step. But fortunately we didn't spend much time in the room, as Ghent is a beautiful city and we spent most of our time out sightseeing

Boutique accommodation and great location

Pros: Our room was right in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. It was clean and well furnished. It had enough space for two people.Some reviews mention noise from the surrounding area. However, we slept very comfortably.

Cons: I didn't encounter any negative situations. Only a towel rack could be added to the bathroom and a trash can to the bedside.

Pros: The location is just amazing, it’s just right in the center all of the sightseeings. The room itself is nice and clean.

A pleasant stay for 2 nights in Ghent

Pros: Everything particularly the location, the spacious room, the soft blanket n pillows :):):)

Cons: The stairs because I have a heavy baggage

Great room in central location

Pros: Great location and very comfortable room, with good bathroom and shower. Location could not have been better.

Cons: A bit noisy on Monday morning from street but to be expected given location and we did have windows open!

Sehr nettes Zimmer im Zentrum, würden wir jedenfalls wieder buchen wenn wir nach Gent kommen.

Pros: Sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Kaffee im Lokal im Erdgeschoss hat sehr gute Speisen und Kaffee. Das Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich kann das Quartier uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Cons: Das Bett war etwas zu hart. Aber da habe ich mich zu spät an die Vermieterin gewandt. Es hätte die Möglichkeit einer Matrazenauflage gegeben. Also rechtzeitig melden ist mein Tipp, wenn man das Bett etwas weicher haben möchte.

Pros: De locatie van het appartement was ideaal. Alles op loopafstand. Verder was de kamer erg netjes en schoon. Super lieve host bij ontvangst.

Empfehlung für Ghent

Pros: Geräumiges, sehr saubereres und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit bequemen Betten in Laufentfernung zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shops. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Ideal für ein Wochenende.
