Die Vermieterin war sofort erreichbar und reagierte umgehend bei Nachfragen

Pros: Die Lage ist für eine Stadtbesichtigung hervorragend. Eine Busstation findet sich unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft, die Straßenbahnstation liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn dauert es nur kurze Zeit in die Innenstadt. Ein günstiges Parkhaus liegt direkt gegenüber dem Gebäude mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage auch in der Nähe zum Autobahnzubringer führt natürlich zu etwas Verkehrsgeräuschen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man das Parkhaus. Das sehe ich aber nicht als negativ an, da das mit der verkehrsgünstigen Lage notwendig einhergeht.

Pros: Ausstattung, Kommunikation, Sauberkeit, Funktionalität.

Cons: Die extrem riechenden Duftstäbchen fanden wir nicht gut. Die Lage war OK, Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut.

Goed en ruim appartement, met balkon en betaalbaar parkeer mogelijkheid tegenover.

Pros: Tegenover het appartement is een goedkoop parkeertoren €16,- van vrijdagavond tot zondag middag Tramplek is ook tegenover en met de tram ben je binnen 5-10 binnen in de stad. Appartement was groot inclusief balkon met zitje goed geregeld.

Cons: Er is geen airco en met 31°c temperaturen is het wat warm maar met de ramen tegen elkaar open was het te doen. Waren wat fruitvliegjes bij de vuilnisbak.

Pros: It’s very beautiful and cozy. The location is perfect too, with public transport right in front of the building. + It was great to have a hairdryer and an iron available.
