Pros: Very well kept and the owner is very helpful… It is surrounded by shops that are very convinient such as mini market,chinese restaurant ,Pizza Hut takeaway and few minutes walk a Carrefour supermarket..

Four bedroom house near Brussels Expo
Pros: This is a beautiful, modern and well kept house with everything you may need for your stay next to the Brussels Expo. If you are looking for a place with separate rooms, this place have 4 spacious rooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen/living room, and even a private terrace. The area seems to be quite safe, with many restaurant nearby. The Brussels Expo can be reached by foot on 25 minutes.
Cons: The appartment is located just in front of a pub. The pub is open on weekends untill very late at night and it can be heard in the rooms facing the street, especially on the lower room. If you stay during the weekend be prepared to have a noisy night.

Beautiful stay for a perfect family vacation
Pros: Amazing house, very comfortable and with a very kind host. You have everything you need inside for a nice family vacation. Rarely you will find a place to stay as good in Brussels for this value.

Beautiful, new house in a good location near expo
Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, very safe area and quite quiet. Rooms were clean and big, the living room is confortable.The house is i 2 levels. The host waited for us. There is even a small garden. This is ideal for a group of 4 - 8 people or a big family.
Cons: The only thing that may be an annoiance is very narow and steep stairway and the shower water was a little hot.

Enjoyed and Very good stay, spacious and well maintained property with all amenities.
Pros: Very spacious and well maintained property , location is good. It has an excellent terrace to enjoy and easily accommodate 6/8 person.
Cons: 2 things - As it was opposite a pub it was quite noise till late at night and became difficult to sleep. And secondly the parking your car can be an issue , but host was kind enough to open his covered parking for a small fees.

Casa Luca the best experience!
Pros: When we arrived there, we was really impressed of what we saw, Laurentiu and his son Luca met us on the property to give us a keys and showed us all beautiful apartment. The location is superb and quite, Apartment is spacious and comfortable, with spacious living room, large kitchen with everything you need, terraced and all 4 bedrooms, also private entrance, with a lot of shops around, Very nice, it was beyond our expectations Of course we will go there again 👍 it was worth the price paid
Cons: We didn’t like that, we didn’t realise when time flew so quickly

Pros: This property was a very pleasant surprise, everything was very clean and the quality for the price is very good, the living room with the terrace was my favorite part and the owner is very helpful. I will definitely come back!

Exceeded expectations!
Pros: Very nice, tidy and spacious place. Very well equipped kitchen, with new appliances. Very good for a family or group stay, specially with a car (garage extra for 15 euros), although it's very easy to get to Brussels Nord by public transportation. The hosts were easy to reach and very polite. Neighborhood is okay enough. Would stay again!
Cons: I guess self check in would be easier, but it wasn't an issue at all.
