Loved the location and really enjoyed our stay in Mechelen

Pros: Great location. Close proximity to town square square and reasonable walking distance from the train station (~ 15 mins). Host let us drop our bags ahead of check in. Lock box code was provided for easy access. Clean, comfortable (lots of space) and quiet apartment on a side street off the main drag. Close to convenience grocery store (2 min). Shower soap, hand soap and dish soap was provide along with towels.

Cons: Would have like to have had fluffier pillows and a cotton fitted sheet.

BEST LOCATION. COMFORTABLE SPACIOUS PROPERTY. BEST DEAL

Pros: Location is very near to town center. And surrounded by alot of commercial shoplots. However, it stay hidden in a quiet alley so it doesnt get affected by any noise. Walkable distance to train station - I dragged my lugagge for about 15 minutes to the property (the road is flat and easy), it was not difficult. The property is spacious and well equipped. I dont have anything to complain except for the pillow (too soft for me, im an old soul i prefer harder pillow LOL).

Pros: Perfecte locatie, midden in het centrum grenzend aan de winkelstraat. Een ruim, proper appartement. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig.

Un appartement idéal pour découvrir une très jolie ville flamande.

Pros: L’emplacement idéal en centre ville, à proximité des commerces et des sites touristiques.

Cons: Malgré un thermostat qui affichait une température de 19 degrés, nous avons eu un peu froid. Un sèche-cheveux et une bouilloire serait des petits plus appréciables.

Gerne wieder!

Pros: Die Lage ist super zentral, alle Highlights und Einkaufen fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartment ALNA 7 ist sehr geräumig und großzügig. Alles neu renoviert (November 2025) und in top Zustand, schöner Balkon und ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit unglaublich vielen Möglichkeiten, seine Kleider aufzuräumen. In der Küche Kapselmaschine für Kaffee, Jede Menge Kapseln und Zucker waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat nicht den Charakter einer Ferienwohnung, sie würde in Größe und Ausstattung auch als chice Stadtwohnung für ein junges Paar durchgehen.

Cons: Auffällig: es gab weder Wasserkocher noch Toaster noch Korkenzieher ... für den Vermieter leicht zu ergänzen. Auch das Parken am Apartment ist nur kurz gegen Gebühr möglich, was aber zum Aus- und Einladen okay ist. Parken im Parkhaus Zandpoortvest mit 5,00€/Tag zu empfehlen, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ALNA 7.
