Cocoon in East-Brussels

Pros: Amazing and extremely friendly host, very nice location - tram stop in 100 meters from apartments, huge delhaize in 10 kiln walk. Kitchen is very well equipped (actually its a first time in my life when I saw so many different stuff), airco and stable internet (for me it was important)

Cons: Studio needs some renovation. Toilet is quite small and not very comfortable.

Pros: Beautiful clean apartment close to transit excellent host.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: Great location, really well appointed flat. Has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Cosy home from home

Pros: It was comfortable, easily accessible, all amenities in walking distance from shops and restaurants, I also enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony. Met the proprietor who was so helpful and friendly

Wonderful sunrise views from the balcony.

Pros: This is an absolutely wonderful place. The hosts went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. It is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is so well equipped and everything was in great condition. It is in a really nice area, with private parking and easy access by tram into Brussels. My favourite thing was being able to watch incredible sunrises from the balcony. What a treat staying here was. Highly recommended.

Cozy and lovely apartment near Brussels

Pros: Very confortable apartment in a really nice location out of Brussels in a short distance from the Highway. We felt just like home in this cozy apartment, it had everything we needed and more. Was super clean at our arrival and all amenities were there, even some supplies to cook and wash laundry. We travelled with our little 1.5 year old daughter and we got a crib for her. I can definitely recommend this place for any family who wishes to visit Brussels or the many places nearby in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Cons: Only thing about the apartment, which is not under control of the owner, is the narrow size of the parking slot available, is just too narrow to open the doors, I had to open the door carefully not to hit the other car next to mine, and had to move it in order to be able to open the doors. The elevador is a bit small, so you may need to make many trips if you bring a lot of bags.

Pros: The location is great for those who plan to explore Belgium by car. The apartment is located in a bourgeois suburb of Brussels, 5 minutes from the highway. Also it is in 3 minutes of walk from the tram stop, and it took us about 40 minutes to get to Grand Place by tram+subway. The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa relaxing and the balcony spacious enough for an evening glass of wine. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The apartment is well designed, with a separate toilet and bathroom, and a separate room for the wash and dry machines. The apartment has a private parking place right near the building. We lacked nothing. The host was very helpful and even provided us with two bottles of water, a pack of Lavazza and a few cupcakes. Henri, merci pour tout! Nous avons adorés votre appartement!

Cons: There was no stationary air conditioner, only a standing one, but it is not so crucial in Belgium.

Pros: We are using private apartments quite a lot during travels, and this was one of our favorite. Excellent value for money. Highly equipped kitchen, where owners thought about everything needed for a short and longer stay, starting from spices and ending with several pans. Coffee maker, toaster end so on , everything there. Comfy bedroom and living room. The place is exactly as on the pictures and even better. Charming owner! Reccomend 100%!

Pros: A beautiful, very well equipped flat in a perfect location. It was quiet and central. Very clean! For us it was base camp during our house move and for that it was perfect! Nice hosts who allowed us an hour later check out - thanks again, that was very helpful!

Worth the money. Excellent!

Pros: The host was very kind and came in 10 minutes after I called him as I thought I had problem pulling out the key from the lock. Actually, it was my mistake. The location was excellent - very close to a tram stop and less than 20 minute walk from the cemetery where I went every day to visit my husband's grave.

Cons: The balcony door was challenging to open and close.
