Only had a brief overnight stay, would have loved to have stayed longer. Host communicated well.

Pros: The property is very close to the station. It’s large modern and very well equipped.

Pros: A very beautiful apartment equipped with plenty of household appliances. Comfortable beds and a beautiful interior.

Cons: The apartment is located on the southern side of Brussels. During the day I didn’t feel safe as a woman – there were lots of strange men around. Surprisingly, at night it was very calm and there were fewer unsafe people on the streets. As for the breakfast included in the price – it would be great if there were also some ham, cheese, or spreadable cheese.

Modern and spacious place for stopover by train

Pros: Good for stopover by train. Good cost benefit ratio. Very quiet despite because in backyard house. Would not expect when entering from the street. Pretty safe with two gates. Modern and very spacious apartment. Good staffed kitchen. Balcony. Single use. Close to alternative neighbourhood with some bars and coffee places and a very good bakery. Need a bit of good orientation and language skills to find the place.

Pros: Nice apartment for short stay. Lovely bread for a breakfast. All you need is available.

Cons: Lift doesn't work. Quite hard access to the apartment. Road works everywhere, also beds are not very comfortable.

Good location

Pros: Very large , clean modern apartment, 5 minutes walk from Brussels Midi station. Comprehensive instructions provided to find the key and the apartment.

Cons: Would have appreciated a few written notes eg where to leave the key, what the 5 different rubbish bins are for, how to use TV etc. Breakfast was only a loaf of bread and jam left in the fridge.

Great place to stay for the train and walking round Brussels with spacious room and all you need

Pros: Great location within walking distance from train station. Lovely spacious apartment & very modern. Fantastic shower

Pros: The apartment is very close to the Gare du Midi, but because it is in the backyard, it is very peaceful and quiet. It's stylish and modern, a great place to explore Brussels, not far from the centre.
