Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Easy check-in and access at any time. All just perfect.

Wonderful stay with no complaints, highly recommended

Pros: Our stay at My Haus was wonderful. It was extremely value for money and really comfortable. It was also in a good area, close to the European institutions so rather safe and convenient. The common areas (bathroom, kitchen + living area) were well maintained and clean. The room itself was surprisingly big, and clean as well. Special shout out to Jonatan, who was super helpful, friendly, and with whom we had wonderful conversations. Would highly recommend!

Cons: The only thing was that there weren't any nice supermarkets nearby, but that's not a huge deal.

Pros: The two-storey apartments. There is a bus stop, a metro station, and shops with cafés nearby. The European Quarter is just around the corner, which was convenient for work. Thank you!

Cons: It was inconvenient with suitcases, it was noisy from the road in the morning, and a shared toilet for two rooms was not very convenient for me (though this is not the hosts’ fault). Thank you!

Excellent

Pros: The location was excellent. The place went beyond my expectations. You stay very close to public transport, so you move around the city with ease. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. The owner helps you with any question and replies very fast. We felt well taken care of during the entire stay.

Perfectly located and so comfortable

Pros: The location is so close to everything. For attending a conference in the European Commission was the perfect choice. Besides the kitchen is so well equipped you can get coffee and cook your stuff, it was my first time in Brussels and I will certainly come back to this place.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful – great location, cozy, warm, and comfortable place with everything needed for our stay.

Pros: Great location - very close to the Commission Quarter. Big room and comfortable bed.

Pros: Fast reply and kindly let us put the luggages in the house for a while after checkout. The living room and the kitchen are big and comfortable enough. Location is also nice.

Cons: Kinda humid

Pros: The location was great. The setup of the double room (contained room - 01) with the bathroom was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen and communal areas (inside and outside) were immaculate, and a lot of thought has been put into how to ensure everyone had their own allocated spaces. The coffee and tea provided were a nice touch. There is a shop just down the road and some restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Cons: Nothing - I recommend this place fully!

In overall it's a very good option for a few nights.

Pros: They are very flexible. I could leave my heavy luggage here after checking out.

Cons: Trash could be emptied more often, otherwise ants will come up.
