Nice B&B just outside Leuven, a beautiful city in Belgium.

Pros: Nice and quiet B&B just outside Leuven. Leuven is a beautiful city. Our host was very friendly and helpful. There are a few very nice restaurants close the the B & B. Breakfast was superb.

Cons: The B&B is located on a busy road. However, when the windows are closed, it does not bother at all.

Pros: Very clean and calm location. Great for a morning run around the lake. Host very friendly. Room well decorated. Very nice garden. Private parking. Feels like home.

Cons: Checkin is at 6pm and check-out at 10am. I paid an extra 30 Euros to Checkin at 3pm. Would be great to have a coffee machine and few bags of tea in the room.

Nice stay in a beautiful place

Pros: Location in a nice and quiet place but still close to Leuven and Brussels. A lot of place for parking. Spacious room. Access to the kitchen downstairs with a kettle, microwave oven, fridge, big table with chairs and a chair for babies. Private bathroom. Very nice and helpful host.

Pros: Everything it was very nice. Quiet village into the nature with many options to choose, Vallis was very clean with awesome breakfast (included fruit salad with grapes producing of the owner), beautiful decoration,comfy bed and room but mainly the hospitality of Mr. Patrick.

I will, of course, be returning.

Pros: A touch of heaven. I could say more, but anything I add would only take away from the perfection of my experience. One thing to note: everything seems to be nearby, probably because the hotel is located in the center of Belgium. It was a wonderful experience, and my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer.

Pros: Beautiful peaceful B and B which allowed us to rest during a long car journey. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Highly recommended. The breakfast was amazing too. We will definitely stay here again.
