Great stay ... lucky I came across it

Pros: Beautiful breakfast, good bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs - freshly served coffee, most of all gorgeous breakfast room, eccentricly decorated, old and new, very charming, high ceilings, old palais style. Lovely ... dogs allowed !

Cons: Laakdal is a recently created community, so it lakes anything truly exciting .... besides this beautiful B&B ! I had a mosquito in my room who insisted to spend the night there .... bad mosquito !

A perfect stay

Pros: The first thing you notice is the amazing decor of the beautiful old building, which surprisingly is carried over inside the modern accommodation building next door. We received a warm welcome with a glass of apple juice and were shown to our well equipped and very comfortable room. Although we didn't have dinner, we saw a couple of meals being served and they looked delicious. There was a good spread for breakfast the next morning. There is an excellent small wellness area with outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Great value for money.

Pros: I liked everything!! Danny was a great host. Him and his wife thought about every small detail to make your stay not less than perfect. Breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was exclusive. No doubt I will return.
