Number one choice in the area.

Pros: Spotlessly clean, Peggy the owner was a real delight, nothing too much trouble.

Cons: No shops or restaurants within walking distance, but the location is fantastic, very rural with just the occasional high altitude aeroplane to disturb the peace.

lovely place!

Pros: our room was in a lovely cottage next to the main building. We loved the friendly host, the cute baby goats (don't worry, they we're quiet during our stay) and the beautifully decorated room.

Cons: no problem, just a hint: please note that the local supermarket closes at 7 p.m.

Glorious peace and generous hospitality in a beautiful setting.

Pros: Silentium really lives up to its name. It is located in glorious bucolic surroundings. It was very quiet and peaceful and we thought that the tranquillity and calmness of the house helped to create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished. We were especially appreciative of the air conditioning in the room given that the weather was unseasonably hot. We liked the large and luxurious shower and found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; varied, delicious and with superb coffee and tea. We were offered kind and welcoming hospitality, and particularly appreciated the suggestions about local places to visit on our bikes as we wanted to take advantage of the excellent cycling in the area.

Cons: The only thing we found difficult was the stairs leading to the upper floor, which are in traditional Flemish style with less deep treads than we are accustomed to in the UK. This is not a complaint, but an observation of a cultural difference to which we had to adjust.

Wohlfühl Oase!

Pros: Es ist ein sehr schön ausgestattetes B&B, wo man sich sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Mein Zimmer war gross und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin hat ein tolles Frühstück gezaubert und besonders liebevoll angerichtet. Gut ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz vor der Türe. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Heerlijk onthaasten en verwennen in een fantastische omgeving.

Pros: Het was zalig vertoeven in deze B&B. Super rustige groene locatie en de B&B is zeer smaakvol ingericht en gedecoreerd. Parking royaal en goed verwijderd van de logies. Zeer comfortabel bed en prima douche. Ontbijt bood alles wat ons hartje kan verlangen, inclusief meerdere lokale en zelfbereide producten. Gastvrouw Peggy is zeer attent en behulpzaam. We namen 2x het avond diner en keukenchef Bart vergastte en verraste ons met topgerechtjes.
