The house was absolutely gorgeous and Chantal and Bruno were excellent hosts.

Pros: We visited in December; the property was warm, comfortable and decorated for Christmas. Munte is lovely small village not far from Gent, a most beautiful city.

Cons: The property was great, but the €300 cash guarantee seemed a little dated, only mentioned after booking, and presented some risks - how would we ensure we got the money back, if the owners were unavailable at the time of departure?

Pros: Beautiful location and spacious house. Excellent amenities, the kitchen was very well equipped.

Pros: The property is modern and well equipped. The views on a sunny day are very nice and the village is charming with lots of history. The location is close enough to the main motorways and easy to find.

Cons: The property is in a location where a car is needed for shopping. As no basics were available travellers should be aware to bring essentials (food included) especially when arriving in the evening on or a holiday when most if not all shops are closed

Ideal for a rural retreat

Pros: The house is amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. It is located on the edge of a charming village, surrounded by green fields, allowing you to enjoy nature and tranquility on your walks. Despite this serene setting, it is very close to Ghent (about a 20-minute drive), Bruges, and Brussels, making it easy to explore the cities and then return to the peaceful retreat.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Note that if you want to have a barbecue, you should bring charcoal with you.

Pros: The cleanliness, the location was peaceful and calm.

Cons: One bed was not made.

Pros: The hospitality and the warmth that we meet and the fresh air and peace, when you came back from a busy day

Great house and locatiion

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay - the house was clean, comfortable and warm with plenty of space and ample parking.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Ons verblijf was helemaal in orde.

Pros: Bij aankomst was alles in orde, vriendelijk ontvangen.

Pros: Super séjour passé chez Chantal! Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons.

Cons: Une literie très confortable, la maison est décoré avec goût.

Pros: La casa está ubicada a las afueras del pequeño pueblo de Munte, cerca de Brujas (<1h), Gante (<30min), y Bruselas (<1h). Cuenta con aparcamiento exterior para varios vehículos y amplio jardín con mesa, sillas y barbacoa. Ubicada junto a la residencia de los anfitriones, la construcción sobre una antigua granja le confiere cierto encanto. Decorada con buen gusto. La planta inferior cuenta con salón, cocina (horno, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso, etc.) y aseo. Al piso superior se accede a través de unas repentinas escaleras, cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Calefacción.

Cons: Apenas había gel de baño o papel higiénico pero a 5 min en coche hay un supermercado mediano (cierra pronto).
