Great accommodation very close to the cathedral

Pros: The location is very central, close to the Sint Baaf Cathedral and the room was spacious. The check-in was at the counter at the café and the man who handled my reservation was very friendly. I wanted to have breakfast earlier than the official start and they kindly prepared it for me so that I can help myself.

Loved it!

Pros: The staff were lovely. The breakfast was simple, but delicious (croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, etc). The room was large and spacious with an ensuite. Well lit. Clean. Lovely place to stay!

Cons: I personally didn't mind this, but just a heads-up to others, there's quite a few stairs and they're quite narrow.

Great room and facilities above a really lovely cafe selling delicious food. Staff were great too.

Pros: The staff were excellent. There is no parking on site but there is a public car park nearby with EV charging. The room was great and the hotel ideally located. We stayed at the hotel for food, which was great!

overall I would highly recommend this place for a short stay

Pros: The location is excellent, short walk to all the major attractions and sights. The room was very spacious with a small seating area to relax or work without having to sit on the bed and a juliet balcony. It is vintage style . The bed was very comfortable. There is also a floor above the main ground floor where you can eat or work with nice big tables. I didn't experience any noise or food smells from the restaurant even though it is open late.

Cons: The towels. They were very worn and frayed. The stairs would be difficult if you have any mobility issues or a very large case.

Cozy vibes in the heart of Ghent

Pros: A very cozy stay right in the heart of Ghent. Just a few hundred meters from the city’s most beautiful sights, it couldn’t be more central. The café downstairs was lively and welcoming, with friendly staff that made us feel at home. Our room was modern, comfortable, and featured a charming Romeo & Juliet balcony. Breakfast was a nice continental spread with fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, cheese, meats, and dairy — the perfect start to the day.

Cons: Minor point, it would have been amazing to have the option for scrambled eggs/more hot food as part of the breakfast It was no problem for us, but the access to the rooms is up a very steep staircase

A lovely b&b in a great location!

Pros: The room was lovely and very spacious! The staff were so friendly and the location was excellent- so central!

Cons: It wasn’t an issue during my stay but the rooms are up a very narrow set of stairs so maybe not ideal if you’re unsteady on your feet or struggle with stairs. But other than that it was absolutely perfect!

Pros: Beautiful breakfasts. Great location. Spacious room
