Pros: Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Grote Markt yet on a really quiet and peaceful street. Room was top notch with big comfy bed, nice shower, kettle and coffee machine, and plenty of space. Very, very good value for money.

Pros: Corner room had lots of windows. The room was large, modern and.clean.

Cons: A TV in the room was bee a good idea. Would also have e been nice if someone was in the office to take some questions.

Beautiful room in a great location!

Pros: Tobias allowed us to store our bags in his office upon arrival so we could continue exploring the city before check-in. When we came back to check-in, we found he had kindly put our bags in our room! It's the little touches like this that really enhance a stay! Otherwise, the room was spacious and the windows were beautiful. Large, comfortable bed and all amenities needed for our weekend stay.

Cons: Admittedly, the other guests were a bit noisy – particularly late at night and early mornings due to the thin walls and echo in the lobby. While it did wake us up, it didn't detract from our stay and I feel this is more a reflection of the other guest's etiquette than the property or the host. Wouldn't let it put you off staying.

Exceptionally comfortable and clean

Pros: A large clean room with comfortable beds, and excellent location in a quiet street. There are air conditioners in the room which made the stay all the more comfortable.

Cons: There is nothing to complain or dislike about the property but probably a TV in the room would be a nice addition.
