Good for stay

Pros: We are couple Property is nice . Everything good . Good space , good kitchen,good washroom. Location is fine . There is pharma store , grocery store just downstairs . Emergency Night shop on 10 minute walk. For single family means for one couple and for baby it’s best . I don’t know about friends tour too much how’s the experience should be.

Cons: Detached washroom . It’s personal but detached . Not everyone likes it. For me it’s fine . Noice in night because wall is thinner.

Pros: The instructional videos were really helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient for the metro to see the sights of Brussels. We had a fabulous time.

Great stay!

Pros: I like that you are close to a lot of locations around Brusseles and you have shops next to the property, transportation and parking spots 2minutes away. The beds are very comfortable also and they have personal garage were you can live your car stress free.

Execellent accomodation.

Pros: Very supportive host. The son of the host - Ruben is very responsive to our questions. Show up to support us when we need it. The location is almost next to the tram stop so very convenient. Overall awesome stay.

Cons: Booking app really sucks. I was booking for 6 people and somehow the app gave me the option for 2 people booking. Luckily the host help solve it.

BIG YES!

Pros: The hosts were really kind and helpful! We had to wash our clothes, and the host invited us to stay at a big outdoor terrassa in another complex in the meantime. We really loved this attention, and the comfort + kindness of the hosts definitely make this place a BIG YES!! I recommend it.

Good, but there is certainly scope for improvement

Pros: Staff was very friendly, easily accessible. Location is prime, close to grocery stores, tram stop. Good parking stops (for 20 euro each day)

Cons: The fee of 20 euro per person per night is too much. For a large group, it is substantial. Owner should provide appropriate materials in the house to justify the fees. This includes better quantity and quality of towels, better quality toilet paper, provide toilet accessories. Every material provided is very cheap quality.

Overall it was very comfortable.

Pros: The room was very clean and there was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable. The windows were big and let in a lot of light. The accommodation was close to public transport stations. The information pamphlet was practical. Everybody from the J & R Team was nice and helpful!

Cons: The dishwasher wasn‘t properly working.
