Pros: Tesisin mutfak ve banyo eşyaları eksiksizdi. Çamaşırlarımızı yıkayıp kuruttuk. Tesiste çay kahve şampuan gibi birçok olanak vardı. Ayrıca ev çok temizdi ayakkabısız gezdik. Evin konumu arabayla Brüksel merkeze 20 dk sürdü araçla veya toplu taşımayla kolaylıkla gidilebilir.

Cons: Tesisin en büyük problemi park problemi. Önünde park etme yerleri var ama bölgede park edecek yer bulmak imkansız gibi. Ayrıca yol kenarı olduğundan çok ses vardı gece. Çift kişilik yatağı da biraz konforsuz gibiydi
