Netherlands 🇳🇱

Pros: Great location and beautiful, romantic room! With big windows and high ceilings. Also good kitchen, with stove and coffee machine. (Bring own coffee).

Cons: The shower was a bit dirty but bring your shower shoes and should be fine! Other than that all good.

Tutto sommato bene

Pros: Non e molto lontano dal centro, si può raggiungere con una bella camminata. La struttura e fatta di più stanze ma ben riscaldate.

Cons: Purtroppo non per colpa di chi gestisce la struttura, ma e capitata gente che lascia bagno e wc sporco, soprattutto la cucina, che e in comune con gli altri. Gente sopra di noi che faceva casino fino a tarda notte, finché non sono salita a dirne quattro...

Pros: Propreté! Espace! Luminosité! Facilité d'accès

Cons: Flac d'eau devant l'entrée de la salle de douche Difficile de retrouver le mail avec le code wifi. Partir pour 11h, c'est un peu trop tôt. 12h30 aurait été parfait.

Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación, bastante céntrico cerca a las estación de tren de Bruxelles-Midi y también al Palacio de Bruselas. Las camas super cómodas, muy recomendado si realizas un viaje donde sales a pasear caminando casi todo el dia y luego quieres tener un buen lugar donde descansar. La zona también es muy tranquila, no hay ruidos molestos y el cuarto nos lo entregaron muy limpio, al igual que el resto de areas comunes. La anfitriona muy amable todo el tiempo y con disposición de ayudarnos siempre que le consultamos.

Cons: Nada, todo estuvo muy bien en cuestiones de calidad precio. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Pros: Posto adatto per trascorrere un paio di notti nel centro della città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Organizzazione autonoma del check-in comodissima. Ambiente ben riscaldato e curato.

Cons: Ci vorrebbe una finestra.

Pros: El cuarto es amplio y estaba limpio, esta cerca a la parada del bus, del metro y del tram

Cons: El baño demasiado pequeño y que no especifica que piso es y viaje con una amiga que llevaba muletas y justo nos toco subir 3 pisos

Pros y contras del sitio

Pros: La cama es muy cómoda, el check-in es súper flexible (coges las llaves de la cajita de fuera y ya está) y en general el anuncio es honesto con lo que ofrece.

Cons: Podrían hacer un poco más decente el baño de la planta 1, pero en la 3 hay uno que sí que está muy bien.

Pros: This is a typical Brussels house, with every room, bathroom, kitchen on different floors. But it's one of the best ones I've been to. My room was comfy and right next to a toilet, and one floor down from the kitchen. The room itself was big enough, and the whole house was extremely clean. Really well maintained for this kind of house. The heating works properly now as of November, but in the kitchen and bathroom it's turned off so it's cold everywhere but the room.

Cons: The managers only speak Portuguese and there's a good deal of randomness in communication. My first night a guy knocked on my door and called someone and tried to ask me something in French. I think they had me confused with someone, but eventually figured out that everything was Okay. I got no instructions for checkout so I left the key in the room, then they texted me to check out 4 hours after I left because they expected me to put the key back in the keybox. I suggest you ask them for the code the day before arrival so everything goes smoothly.
