Pros: They were very nice with me from the beginning. I was worried because my flight/bus was a little late, and it was my first time in Belgium. But they always answer all my questions and also waited form my arrival. Thanks a lot!!
Cons: I don't have many complains. The room was clean, The common spaces were nice and the breakfast option very good!

Pros: Friendly, warm and comfortable. Location is great. Breakfast included.
Cons: Could do with repainting in places. Would be nice if all the rooms had an attached WC, but then it is a hostel not a hotel. The price is pretty high but (unfortunately) still good for Brussels.

Good enough place to stay in a perfect location
Pros: It was the best rated and the least expensive hostel in a very good area. It is in a perfect location to get to the city on foot! Also the metro station and other ways of transportation were very close. I would stay again for these reasons. The staff was very friendly. The heating worked very well and quickly! The breakfast was sufficient enough (you could make a sandwich (there were also vegan spreads), there were cucumbers, tomatoes, pears, apples, bananas, fruit bowl and yogurts, jams, chocolate spread, cereal, coffee, tea, milk (also soy milk but not oat milk) etc. Breakfast room was big enough with a nice view. The bedding was free of charge but take your own towel or rent it. Restaurants and fast food stands very near. Lidl was in a 3 minute walk. 24/7 access through a night entrance with your room card. Charging sockets by the beds.
Cons: When arriving to the room, it felt like a prison because there were no decorations, the walls were scuffed with dirt and hitting (?) marks, the mattress and also the pillow had plastic water proof covers. But once we did the beds and put our things in the cabinets, it did feel more comfortable :D Everything seemed clean and there was no smell. The shower leaked so there were towels put down that soaked through and the floor underneath was damaged. I wish I took some slippers.

Cheap and simple, but in the center of Brussels
Pros: It was one of the cheapest option in center of Brussels, and location is close to the center and railway station. 24hours reception was important for cause we arrived late at night. Breakfast was just ok, a very standard one.
Cons: Shower is a disaster, just spray from the tube, and you need permanently push the button. Beds and mattresses were as simple as they can be. So it can be an option for budget short stay, but it wasnβt really comfortable there.

Perfect to explore Bruxelles
Pros: Perfect location, helpful staff, large room, comfortable beds, good breakfast! Ten minute walk to Mannekin Piss!!
Cons: We had a private twin room with private bathroom. The room was really huge and beds were comfy. However the shower was missing the shower head. It was just a pipe with a rather violent and wide spray. There was no knob to turn the water on. It was a press system which would automatically turn off after a short time. One shower took a ton of presses. So that the motion sensor for the light in the bathroom turned off, plunging the room in absolute darkness. Finishing off the shower and finding the towel was interesting!!
