Nice and central hostel, clean and safe

Pros: Very nice, clean and central hostel. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was descent. I am very happy with my stay.

Cons: Still a bit expensive regarding hostels i have been around the world. I would suggest not to exclude older than 35 years old people from shared rooms. Seems unfair. Try maybe to settle people according to age should be better

Cons: Aircondition was out of service, so we get an electrical thermal from the reception

Pros: The property was clean, it had a lift (life saver), free luggage storage, A small kitchen and a great breakfast.

Cons: If you are staying more than one night please note they have room lockout times 11am to 3pm I found this odd.

Good value for money

Pros: Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The staff was friendly, especially receptionist Adolph and Eve; Eve was very helpful and pleasant. The location is convenient, close to North Station and a 5-10 minute walk to the city center. There’s a nice kitchen and a comfortable area to rest. The breakfast is good for those who eat meat and eggs, but I have no complaints.

Cons: The only issue was with the toilets and showers inside—the facilities were sometimes inconvenient when someone wanted to use the bathroom early in the morning, but since this is mentioned in the hostel description, I understand. Also, towels aren’t provided for free, so remember to bring your own.
