Pros: This is a very centrally located hotel, just off Rue Neuve. It was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was generous. No complaints. Overall, perfect for a business stay.

Cons: A little noise from the streets, at times, but Brussels is a loud city and the hotel is centrally located. And, in fairness, the noise did not interfere with my sleep quality.

Lovely convenient hotel in the heart of brussels with friendly staff and adequate rooms.

Pros: Lovely hotel with really friendly staff, comfy rooms and in prime location for visiting the most popular spots in Brussels.

Cons: Rooms are nice but the beds were a bit stiff, also the aircon was a bit hard to set up so ultimately turned it off.

Cons: One of the staf her name is think Stevel were too rude and very aggressive she wasn't kind enough. I even went down and asked for sleepers for the toilet and she said I'll send up and she didnt send anything

A great sleep in the centre of Brussels

Pros: Good location for the Metro, central Brussels and Christmas markets. Good welcome from the reception team, shared top tips for our stay. Room was upgraded to a junior suite, with a great view from the 6th floor. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. We didn't have breakfast as there are plenty of nearby cafes.

Cons: Although clean, the bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance, there were several things that were coming off their fixing (shaving mirror, shower shelf etc).
