A €100 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card. Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank. Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest. Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival. Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults. To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required. Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team. Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge. Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.

Pros: The location. Only a few steps away from the grand place and very close to Central Station. And also the fact that I could leave my bag in a locker while visiting the city.

Cons: Single bed. And a noisy ventilation. One part of the shower was broken.

Pros: The room was very new, I like the design it was a cool room. The location was in the heart of the center which makes every walks quite short and I was able to access a lot of the landmarks within less than 10 minutes. However the bathroom lacks a bit of privacy but not a big deals

Cons: Beds could be more confortable, not because of the mattresses, but due to the way they are connected to the ground in the middle. When we move, the bed moves a bit

Pros: This hotel was a very good choice, as it perfectly combined an excellent location—which is extremely important—along with cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The room i stayed at was modern, well-equipped, and offered all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was great value for money. If I ever return to Brussels and look for a place to stay again, this will definitely be my choice. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it is an ideal option for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and quality service. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality.

Pros: Great hotel in a perfect location—very close to the central station and within easy reach of all the main sightseeing spots. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and let us check into our room early at no extra charge since it was already ready. They also let us store our luggage, which was a big help. Overall a really pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
