Pros: The location is excellent and central to everything. Easy to use key pad in the hotel. Very clean and tastefully decorated

Cons: Small issue on arrival with having to contact the support team as we never received our pin code but quickly resolved. No tea in room and none in the essentials room throughout our stay.

A very good hotel for a short business trip.

Cons: I would like to have a better sitting arrangement in room for laptop usage (short table).

Lovely hotel, central setting, unsure about the receptionless service

Pros: It was very central. I liked the keyless entry once I got the hang of it. The room was a decent size for the central location. I liked being able to go to the essentials closet and help myself to more things like toilet roll, coffee pods etc as and when needed.

Cons: I’m not certain about the receptionless property. It was all okay until we were checking out and ourselves and a few other guests were trying to use the lockers to store our stuff. There were many lockers that were open but the snip already locked which meant that we couldn’t use them. We ended up taking our luggage with us which wasn’t ideal and would’ve been easily resolved with having someone onsite.

Pros: Place was a surprise, after seeing some reviews about being completely digital had my hesitations, but everything work OK. No drama as long as you remember your code, LOL. The location is absolutely superb close to the main plaza and train station, can't think of better location. Was comfortable and room had a decent size for the price. Might be too small for two people though.

Cons: You can hear everything that is happening next door, in this case people were loud and its a bit of a shame that you can't report this to a reception style person straight away. Limited space to store suitcases and clothes, no drawers. The linen closet downstairs had no towels for almost two full days.

Pros: The hotel is ideally located in a very central part of town and is still very quiet. There's no regular staff presence, but there were no special problems or need for assistance. The room is well-equipped, including a safe, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine.

Cons: I would appreciate a larger table for dining and work.

Pros: I really enjoyed the position cause it is near to all the thing that you must visit in Bruxelles . I also enjoyed the structure of the hotel it was really nice .

Pros: The location is great. The hotel interior is modern, a lot of working space, has even little meeting rooms. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and big bathroom

Cons: The room lacked natural light since the window was turned to the inside of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower and sink was very weak

Pros: The hotel is in a good location, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The lobby is nicely decorated, you can sit, there is also a coffee machine with capsules available. Room was good too.

Cons: The hotel is completely digital with codes for everything, entrance, elevator, room, which is not bad, but immediately upon entering the room I had a problem, the code did not work, I had to write to them on Wapp, and I waited about 15 minutes for them to solve the problem, after which I was able to go to the room. I also did not like the fact that I constantly had to enter codes in the elevator to be able to go, but praise for the music in it. I also found a big long hair on the towel, then I took another one, but there was hair on it too.
