Great overall,

Pros: Great location in the middle of Brussels, couldn't be located any better to explore

Cons: 3 out of the 4 staff members were terrific, but on the morning of the 26th December on our check in, the staff member was incredibly rude, we were taken back by the way he acted

Pros: Well 1st of all a big thank you to a guy on reception sorry I don't know your name but he gave me a room on the 2nd floor because I was struggling with my mobility which was greatly appreciated the hotel is in a great place a few minutes from brussels central station and a minute from the grand place and there's all kinds of cafes shops n bars nearby and for me 1 of the best locations in brussels

Small Room, Big Win

Pros: Top location, great 24/7 accessibility, and very helpful staff. The hotel is open around the clock, which is incredibly convenient, and the communication beforehand was detailed and accurate — everything I found on arrival matched the information provided. The room and the bathroom are genuinely tiny — that’s the only drawback, but it wasn’t an unpleasant surprise, more of a funny detail. And with that in mind: the value for money is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

A hotel to come back

Pros: The location of the hotel couln't be better, 2 minutes from the town square and the train station Brussels-Central. It is surrounded by a lot of cafés, restaurants and shops, and there is a vibrant atmosphere in this neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were clean, the size was what I expected and the bed was comfortable. The recepcionist, Samir, was very kind, respectful and helpful.

Cons: Just to mention something I would prefer smaller pillows, but it's just a detail.

A minute from Grand Place, felt really safe. Loved the location

Pros: Amazing location!!! Cheap and basic but just what you need. Bed is comfy, staff are nice and location, location, location!!!

Cons: If you like fancy hotels this is not for you. Basic but clean

Pros: First of all I have the need to talk about the staff! They were all great..the guys in the reception..the girls that clean our room...were all great, very kind and very helpful! TOP STAFF!!! Next I' ll talk about the position.. it's located in the BEST POSITION EVER! Everything is near you! Grand Place..1 min walking Centraal station..3.min walking Manneken Pis..5-7 min walking And so many other things! In other words the hotel is in the HEART OF THE CITY, where you can eat and drink whatever you want and enjoy the great street musicians! Thank you for everything!!!
