All good and nice stay

Pros: Superb staff, we forgot to bring 1 leather jacket and was informed by the staff although we could not get it back as our journey continue. Good location, excellent staff

Pros: The location was very good and lively. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: I came prepared for the stairs, but still, the stair tread depth took me by surprise. I was stepping horizontally at some portions to make sure I wouldn't trip going down. Not a big deal, you get used to it. Old building quirks.

Great!

Pros: Overall, everything was wonderful and I really liked the room. It was clean and cozy, and the heating worked perfectly — the radiators kept the room very warm, so the cold was not felt at all, even though it was freezing outside.

Cons: There were not enough cutlery in the room. When I came back from a walk with a salad, I had to use my imagination and eat it with coffee stirrers — it felt like I was in Asia 😊 Still, it turned out to be a fun and memorable experience.

Pros: A pleasant hotel in an excellent location, very close to the main square, with plenty of shops and restaurants all around. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and it was possible to leave luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The room is simply furnished but completely sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would change is replacing the paper cups for coffee and tea with regular ones. Due to the central location, some noise from outside can be heard.

Pros: Thanks to Adam and the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name), who warmly welcomed us and provided attentive assistance during our stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and Grand Place—highly recommended!

Very lovely, close to everything and staff were friendly.

Pros: The hotel was located right in the centre of the City and all sightseeing opportunities were a 5-10 minute walk, the hotel staff were very friendly and even recommended some places to grab food and some nice pubs to visit too. Lovely hotel, if i ever came back to Brussels i would definetely stay at Hotel Agora again.

Locations is easy to access and explore the city

Pros: Locations is beside Grand Palace and opposite a parking building so easy to access. Room’s size is big enough (also bathroom) and staff is helpful. Surrounded with shop and restaurant.

Cons: Elevator is very small and you have to climb up to second floor before access it. So be careful for this. But we know this in advance so it’s ok for me. And because it’s located in public area so it’s may noise and unmatched with people who hard to sleep.

Pros: Great hotel located only a few minutes walk away from Grand Place. Friendly, helpful staff who helped with luggage and recommended local restaurants. Lovely spacious room, with very comfy beds - would recommend to anyone visiting Brussels.
