OVERALL - this was the best city centre hotel we have ever stayed in in Europe - thank you

Pros: 1. First Impressions are so important - we were greeted by a super lovely girl at reception who really made us so feel welcome. Thank you. Also the mints and water in reception after a Eurostar journey ...again thank you 2. The bedroom view over the square was amazing - felt like i was in a film. Room was spotless, bed so comfy, shower amazing, nothing you could fault in the room 3. Location, location, location.... you are a 2 min walk from Central Station, 2 mins the other way to all the historic centre. You couldn't ask for better 4. Breakfast... the super lovely girl had offered us complimentary breakfast....WOW.... you could have all the days meals in one... make sure you leave room for the freshly cooked bacon and omelette though. My husband loves his food and he was soooo happy!!

Cons: We only had 24 hours in Brussels at the end of a trip to Paris... next time i will stay at this hotel for longer

Great Suite, Family friendly, Great Location.

Pros: We paid extra for a suite with a separate bedroom. The suite was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking part of the Christmas Market which was such a lovely surprise! We travelled with a toddler. A travel cot, and bedding was supplied, the room was perfect for our needs and being able to keep toddler separate to settle. Location was perfect we were never more than 10minutes walk away from anything we wanted to get to.

Cons: The decor is slightly run down, some doors were a bit loose on cupboards. Also slightly dated. But it wad all clean and this didn't bother us for a short trip. Beds were firm - I slept really well though but my partner didn't.

The perfect place to stay and explore Brussels with view of Christmas lights

Pros: Special thanks to Maria and Anna at the reception who were so friendly and professional and provided information as well as speaking Spanish

Cons: Due to restaurants in the area and the room facing the piazza it was a bit noisy with delivery lorries

Pros: Excellent place to stay for a short visit to Brussels. Right in the city center and within 100 m of Brussel’s Central station. Breakfast was excellent and abundant.

Pros: The location was excellent, my room had a balcony which was just great. The room had all the comfort.

Cons: The towels were worn out and the sink was partially clogged.

Location perfect and great staff

Pros: The location was very close to the train station and only 5 minute walk from the main square and major attractions. Staff gave us an upgrade that was very much appreciated (and very kind). The room was clean and modern and we appreciated the toiletries. Staff allowed us to store our luggage.

Cons: We weren't allowed to check in early but it was worth the wait because we were given an upgrade
