Almost perfect

Pros: Excellent location, unique one-hour-daily private use of small but great sauna/spa, super-friendly staff, top cleanliness in rooms, great shower

Cons: We stayed in the suite; very cold in the living room on few occasions - solved by giving us stand-alone heater AND sometimes very hot. Very dry air in bedroom, could only solve by opening patio door in the middle of the night, at 2 gr C outside temp. Two great TVs, but only 6 local channels and one streaming service installed Slightly confusing Smart Home system for lights and heating

Beautiful hotel, great value for money

Pros: Fantastic stay! We were a large group taking up 10 of the 14 rooms, staff were so accommodating during our stay and communication was great. Hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable and in a great location about a 10-15 min walk into the centre of Ghent. Absolutely loved it.

Highly recommended property.

Pros: Super friendly, amenable staff. Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Quiet neighbourhood.

A great place to relax, whether you are traveling alone or in a group.

Pros: The location is excellent: close to the city center, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Guests have access to a free spa (reservation required). Breakfast is a standard buffet with a twist on hot dishes. Last but not least, stuff is extremely friendly and always eager to help.

Cons: The layout of the room is somewhat non-perfect and a bit cramped. It takes a few tries to use the locks and machines at the hotel in general. If you want a balcony in your room, do not expect it to be good.

A luxury 5 day stay

Pros: - the room was very spacious and modern - the spa is great and the having it all for yourself for an hour is fantastic - the complementary breakfast is very tasty with really good to-order options - the location is nice with just 10-15 mins walk to the main attractions

Cons: Nothing in particular. Just keep in mind it’s a small hotel.
