Perfect 👌

Pros: We loved everything - what an excellent gem of a hotel right in the city centre!! Absolutely gorgeous looking on all accounts (reception, mezzanine where the breakfast location is, and rooms themselves) - everything is spot on and exactly as the pictures show it to be. Breakfast options were excellent 👌

Excellent location with decent breakfast

Pros: Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions. No need for any public transport, except to and from train station. Also thought the breakfast was very good. Particularly enjoyed the croissants.

Cons: Room not the biggest and thought towels could have been slightly better quality.

The best play to stay in Ghent for price and location.

Pros: The hotel itself was perfectly clean, loved the style, loved the coffee machine and pastries available for free in reception and our room had a coffee machine too. The staff were so pleasant and really helpful with advice on what to see and do both in Ghent and in Bruges. The location was amazing, couldn't be better especially for the price. Literally a minutes stroll from the center of Ghent.

Perfect, would recommend and stay again

Pros: Couldn’t ask for more with this accommodation: perfect location, staff super friendly, bedrooms modern and spacious as well as clean, free coffee and pastries all day (unless pastries ran out). Hot selections at breakfast were very basic as to be expected but no complaints.

Nice hotel good for short stay

Pros: Hotel was great, clean and comfortable. Lovely staff. The breakfast wasn’t the best but was enough to start the day and the hotel provided everything needed

Cons: Breakfast selection and quality could have been better

Pros: Good hotel for a short stay as it is literally in ths centre, very convenient location, a short walk from the Castle of the Counts. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities, it is however rather small and a bit expensive for what it offers, but for 1 or 2 nights I think it's ok. The staff was very polite and the complimentary coffee was really appreciated!

Clean, cozy hotel with a lovely breakfast

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great — everything was tasty and fresh. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. We didn’t interact much with the staff apart from check-in and check-out, but everything was smooth and friendly. One thing we absolutely loved was the coffee machine at the entrance. Free tea and coffee available 24/7 was such a nice touch. After walking around in the winter cold, coming back to the hotel and warming up with a hot drink felt really comforting. The hotel was very clean, which we truly appreciated.

Cons: As a small note, the toilet paper quality could be improved, and having slippers in the room would make the stay even nicer.

Great spot to stay when exploring Ghent!

Pros: Amazing location, super close to all the great things to see in Ghent. We loved that we could step outside and be amongst shops, cafes and not have to rely on trams/ trains.

Cons: The staff were super friendly and accomodating. The free coffee and tea were great!

Pros: Great location in the city center, easily accessible by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and pleasant hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay.
