Modern Ap, great location but not sound proof

Pros: Central location. Easy self check-in/out. Easy communication with host. Nice and modern Ap. Comfortable bed and useful facilities. Full kitchenette, with a hob, sink, microwave, water boiler, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (complimentary coffee pods and cooking oil available). Bathroom with shampoo & soap

Cons: No sound proof. You can easily hear the neighbors in the room next door as well as people from the street.

Pros: The room is very Comfortable, everything was fine, check-in and check-out was very easy, hotel communication was available throughout our stay, location downtown, everything close to us was highly recommended, See you in future bookings and thank you

Pros: Great location- handy to the old town and nearby tram stop. Well setup kitchen in the room.

Good value for money for shorter stays

Pros: Good location, just 5 mins walking distance from main attractions. Building seems relatively new and decor is minimalistic and modern.

Cons: The soundproofing is pretty bad. Both mornings at 6 a.m., there was a truck unloading or making deliveries, and it was nearly impossible to sleep (and I’m not a light sleeper). You can also hear other people's doors from other rooms pretty clearly.

Pros: Great location! The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need and very clean!

Good but could be improved

Pros: Overall the structure is quite good and has everything for a short stay (including a small kitchen and iron). The size of the room is good for one person, but might be small for two people with larger luggage than I had. The position is great, the tram stop is at the end of the road and it’s at walkable distance from the center and everything else. I had an internal room and the other rooms were quiet, so I did not have issues with noise. The staff is quite quick in replying through the booking messages, and indications for the check-in are clear and easy.

Cons: The room was overall clean, but maintenance should be improved: I found some mold behind the curtains and some drains were a bit clogged, hopefully it got fixed after I noticed the people in charge of the structure. I don’t mind the dark bathroom, but the dark paint retains water marks making it look not very clean. A couple more pillows (or bigger / more sturdy ones) could be useful, as would be some more kitchenware: there are literally two forks and two glasses. I get that the structure is supposed to be run remotely, but some reception or locker to store luggage before and after arrival would be great. The stairs steps are narrow in some points, might be hard for people with mobility issues (there is a lift though). The price is a bit high.

Pros: I like the attitude of the personals, and the room was very nice and warm. The location was perfect, was near the center.

Cons: The pillows are a bit bad.

Comfortable and well equipped.

Pros: The place itself is modern and stylish. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable.

Cons: Will echo the other comments about ear plugs. The street below is the delivery area of Albert Heijn with loud trucks. But other than that it was great.

Pros: The apartment was great. The location is in very center of the town. We have everything we needed!
