Great location with lovely staff

Pros: Location was great, easy walking distance to the old town. Room was very spacious with high ceilings, beds were comfortable and shower was great! The lady on reception was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: They provide a small amount of coffee pods, if you want any more you need to pay for them. One bottle of water provided for 3 people and a small (but annoying) gripe there is only a bin which is in the bathroom.

Pros: The staff in the hotel were all incredibly helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Also loved the bar!

Incredibly nice

Pros: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Listening and helping. By far, the best hotel ever. Room super cleaned, well-organised, and a lot of charm. Near everything you need by 5 minutes walk.

Wonderful weekend stay, saw the city and used tram’s to visit other areas.

Pros: Great location, lovely record, very clean and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Incredibly steep staircase between second and third floors.

Pros: Centrally located and easy to get to via tram from the main train station. Was on the ground floor but wasn't disturbed by any street noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.
