Night in Ghent

Pros: Location was excellent right next to the cathedral in the centre of town . Had parking.

Cons: Room was too hot despite turning the thermostat down.

Pros: We are so happy with Ceres, the person in charge in the bar. She is lovely, accommodating and friendly. There were more than 20 people in the bar that night we stayed due to snow and she manages to handle the ALONE!! Kudos to her and I hope the management rewards her for that. Thank you Ceres for your help especially to my baby!

Pros: Very friendly staff, messaged about 1 week before my arrival to request a room with a view of the cathedral and square as we have stayed here the last 3 times we have visited Ghent and they accommodated our request so we where really happy. We will be staying again when we visit next year

Perfect short stay in a beautiful city and wonderful hotel

Pros: Location is fantastic literally out of the door to the most beautiful cathedral and square. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the very best budget hotels - their classification not mine.

Cons: I like a safe in the room but you can use a safety deposit at reception , I knew before hand that there wasn’t a kettle so I took my own. But these did not distract from my stay,

Perfect for short stays

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Location next to the cathedral and within walking distance to many attractions. Nice bar area. Rooms rather small but okay for a short trip.

Cons: Toilet area very small. May be a problem for taller/bigger people. Bedding on top of mattress rather slippery. Some rubbish from previous guests in one of our rooms.

Pros: The location could not be better. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and helpful.

Cons: The rooms were not very sound proof and we could here a lot of sounds coming from the corridor.
