Quite pricey compared to other hotels in the area.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Breakfast is substantial. Room was a good size.

Cons: Food wasn’t as great as the last time I stayed there.

Pros: The room was cute and well decorated. The bed was extra comfortable. The restaurant/bar had a very nice roof where we could enjoy some natural light. The salty part of the breakfast was original and delicious.

Cons: The shower lacked a bit of water pressure and the heating of the room wasn’t very reliable. I would have liked some more sweet options for breakfast.

wonderful weekend in Ghent

Pros: We had a wonderful weekend in Ghent. The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth and easy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back again!

Pros: Excellent hotel with a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel resturant and bar was very good with tasty food to offer as well. The penthouse was fantastic with a great view of the cathedrals. I would absolutely visit again.

Great stay, loved the restaurant/bar areas

Pros: Large room (one of the suites), very nice restaurant/bar area in large atrium, great staff, car park on site, easy to get to city centre.

Cons: On the first day we were told breakfast was until 11, but at 10:40 they already started collecting the buffet. Room was a bit noisy as tram passed right outside, but didn't really bother us (they stop at night) and our little kids loved that they could watch the trams.

Pros: Good location. Great service and really positive staff.

Cons: Room was not cleaned once during the 3 night stay. A lady arrived late in the day and handed some coffee and towels but not to clean the room.

Pros: Wonderfully comfortable huge bed. Pleasant view out towards the canal. Bathroom was very nice. The Fitness room was compact and a lovely antidote to Christmas excesses. Really pleasant, large bar, dining, socal area.

Cons: Shaving/ vanity mirror in the bathroom was difficult to use effectively because the down lighting cast shadows making it difficult to see clearly.
